I was working on a project and needed some specialty items and couldn't find it any arts and crafts stores near me. I found this store and looked it up, and they had the peacock feathers in stock. That's how I got here.
This store is located in Main Street at Exton next to Old Navy and Burlington coat factory. The parking lot is shared and plenty. As you enter the store, you pick up a cart, and you will see how well the store is maintained and stocked. Things are arranged well, and aisles are clearly marked.
The staff was friendly and answered my questions with patience and even walked with me to locate the items I needed.
I also installed their app and found coupons and used it for purchase and provides great value to the shop.

We had the best experience last night at Michael’s. We were helped by Ronnie. She went above and beyond to help us find a Christmas Tree. Michael’s is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. We appreciated all she did.

Amazing store! It has everything that anybody will need to start working on their hobby projects. I specially like the miniature collections. You ought to check it out. I also like the discounts system and specials for members. Once you visit this store, you are going to fall in love with everything in it. It will inspire you to create what you always wanted to!

I came in at about 7:45 but I had to do some major research on some of the things I wanted so it wasn’t an in and out type of shopping trip. I actually ended up closing the store being the last one there because I can only go and do errands super late at night because of my work situation. But the associates there couldn’t have been more helpful. They were kind courteous didn’t seem upset with me, which is a refreshing change even though I had everything coming to me you know they stayed a little bit after nine when they closed and I feel terrible about that but like it’s just nice, I work in a place where we do not. All push people out baseman money you know like I know yes there’s a Closing Time course however, you know you want to make your field and your customers feel welcome and good and not like you know bad about like women shop there together to labor they really really really need to actually purchased things that they came. Therefore, however I was still completely in the wrong and I appreciate so much how how kind they were tonight you have no idea like that is not easy to come by these days at most places so, I really want to thank them once again I don’t know if they will ever read this but I know their names are kate, I believe April and there was a third person that I actually didn’t deal with. She might’ve been in the back I want to thank her too, and I know I pushed their night back so believe me I know that’s a lot when. They just wanna get home so this was also on Saturday, august 19th night so with process of elimination I hope they they know who they are and can really know how much I appreciate them. but yeah, I really want to thank them for that. I’m not sure the names of the workers at the register this afternoon but they were both amazing and so kind/patient with my returns when I was having some issues. I really appreciate all the help!

Such a beautiful building and so big on the inside! Might not be any bigger than other Michael's, but, it seemed that way. Bight, open, and airy, I loved visiting.

Great employees and prices are good clean environment

Awesome customer service. Super patient with a rookie framer (me) Swarna in the custom framing area was spectacular to deal with. Helped me pick out some options that fit my budget. The cashier and manager were super nice to.

Employees are very helpful and everything is very well stocked! There is self checkout that the older customers don't understand so there's never a line for those!

I love this store!! There are so many options to choose from when it comes to crafts. I loved going through all of the 75% off Christmas merchandise. I really wanted to buy the tin mailbox for my Aunt. I decided against it at the last minute, though. I went with a selection of Valentines Day merchandise for myself. LOL.

Thank you to the young girl ( sorry I missed your name) who helped me with my framing. My picture was an awkward size and she helped me pick out a perfect frame and cut down my picture boarder for me! I appreciate it :)

Clean store, well laid out and friendly staff

I used the in-store pickup & also was able to shop for additional items. Most of the merchandise is geared towards the beginner to intermediate skill level. If you're beyond these levels, you'll need to find another supplier. The frame department is very good. Multiple finishes, depths & sizes were available & the prices were very reasonable. I haven't used their custom framing service at this location, but do like that it's on-site. Overall, a jack of all trades craft store that has a little bit of everything for the old guard (knitting, crochet) & the trending craft du jour. Staff was very friendly & efficient. The store itself was clean & in order. A pleasant place to get the basics.

Helpful staff. I've bought some small stuff here in the past and also used their custom framing service to get a sentimental piece of artwork professionally framed and I was very happy with the results and communication throughout the whole process.

I had wonderful help from Kathi today both with a return and a purchase. She was warm, professional and super efficient. I’m so glad she works at one of my favorite stores. She adds much to my shopping experience!
