Great car buying experience, no sugar coating, just upfront info and your decision. My first impression of Logan was that he was stoked and a normal person who loves cars. He was great at texting response and is normal to talk to. While I was doing business with Milad, he and my son were off geeking out on the car in the corner.

(I emphasize this because of what an amazing contrast this is to the dbags over at MBMotors and Autohaus, who literally told me how expensive the car was like I couldn’t afford it, think pretty woman, and new absolutely nothing about cars or the ones they were selling.)

Imports and Classics is savvy and good people who I felt I was rewarding for good service not just taking my money. Milad was able to make deal happen when we hit a roadblock and I am so grateful! This car is a dream car that my son and I never thought we could get. It is so special, in fact, that a local car photographer got wind and wanted to get some photos a day after we got it, lol, enjoy the attached shots.

Buying a car without seeing it in person is nerve racking to say the least. Doing so with a car clear across the country (I mean coast to coast literally) is something much more stressful. I don't have a word that would fit accurately to describe how awesome Milad was. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. From me asking to see under the car to additional pics and videos. I can be very skeptical and distrusting but Milad cut through that like a hot knife through butter with his clear honest communication and understanding. Being that this was a remote purchase he was instrumental in my getting a third party inspection of the vehicle.

I'm sure I was a bit much with all my questions and request but Milad guided me thought the process with professionalism and care. He selected an excellent shipping company who delivered my car in great shape door to door. (across the country!!). They included the cost of shipping in the listed price of the vehicle so there were no surprises.

It's been a month now, so I have had a little time with the car. I'll just say I'm a fan of Milad and Imports & Customs. They truly are rare in how the take pride in customer service. I will be a repeat customer with my next purchase. I'm recommending to my friends looking to purchase to check them out.

By the way it is a great vehicle. They don't sell junk.

Absolutely wonderful place. I have long had an antagonistic relationship with car dealers, but between Milad here at Imports and Classics, The Import Guys, and Dewey Griffin Subaru, I feel I’ve found people I can trust. Milad was patient and clearly has a passion for cars. No pressure was applied, just honest talk and care. Heck, the place looks like a museum - some of the cars in there are absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone to Milad for a car.

Purchased a 1995 Hilux Surf from Here. Logan and Milad were absolutely incredible. I bought the vehicle sight unseen. They sent me tons of pictures and videos. I sent the vehicle to be inspected and it’s what they had promised. The process from the day I actually made my decision took roughly two days. They arranged shipping and everything. Overall it was a phenomenal experience and I’ll be coming back for a land cruiser next. Thanks y’all!

My wife and I bought an old 1973 fully restored VW bus from this place, and had a great experience. We bought our van from them literally sight unseen and had them ship it directly to our house. When it arrived, it was 100% as described and advertised. Carlos and his guys made the purchasing and shipping processes both super easy. Being several states away I absolutely had my fears and anxiety about the process, but Imports and Classics definitely made it easier with their reliability and great customer service. Best car buying experience to date!! Logan and Milad helped me throughout the process all hours of the day, even after business hours. They were quick to respond and very patient with loan process. Buying an imported Supra was something that I couldn't have done without Logan and Milad working endlessly to make my dream a reality. Went for a test drive the first night without any pressure to buy, and Milad stayed after hours (he missed his wife's bday dinner). The second test drive I took insured I wanted this vehicle and the process started. Once again they did not pressure to buy. Getting the loan took some time that most dealerships would not wait for. They had other buyers interested in the vehicle and still stayed true to making my dreams a reality. I asked if they could address a few minor issues with the car so I didn't have to after purchase and they did without hesitating even though the car was "as is, no warranty". These guys were like friends that wanted you to succeed. They were stoked with me and the vibe was real, very passionate. Updated February 2021 - the follow up from Imports and Classics was appreciated. There was a minor issue with the overpayment of title and license and Milad took care of it right away!

Purchasing our collector car through Imports and Classics was easily one of the best car buying experiences I've had. Logan, Milad and Carlos were all very helpful throughout the process and easy to work with. Logan took time to get the car out of the showroom and let us put a couple miles on it, Carlos gave an accurate and complete history of the car and Milad quickly got the paperwork squared away for our credit union and replied to all questions etc very quickly. They even went the extra mile and trailered the car (140+ miles one way) to us. The Viper will continue to be well cared for and kept in as nice of condition as it was when we bought it.

We had a positive experience renting a nice Mercedes Benz Solara Class C Motorhome from Carlos Becerra, owner of Imports and Classics and Cascade RV Rentals in Belllngham, WA.

I had a really fantastic experience purchasing a car from Imports & Classics. I live in Colorado, so I bought my car sight unseen, and I felt totally comfortable every step of the way.

Milad sent me detailed photos and videos of the car so I knew exactly what I was getting, he took the car to the Subaru dealership so I could have a pre-purchase inspection done (and my understanding is that the Subaru dealership is quite a distance from the Imports & Classics location), and kept in constant contact with me every step of the transaction.

There was a SNAFU with the car that was totally out of their control, and they handled it promptly, and with integrity. Any dealership can earn a good review when things go smoothly, but how they handle things when problems pop up is the real test, and they were truly wonderful.

I took delivery of my new car today, and I could not be happier. There were no unexpected surprises...the car is exactly what I wanted, and I am seriously giddy. Thanks Milad!
