This particular METRO PCS location has the absolute best staff!! My sister and I went in Saturday and our sales rep "Julian" killed it. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable on the products he was selling us. What he didn't know he "found out" and I'm just not sure how long it's been since I've heard someone in customer service say "let me find out for you" and for that METRO gets 5 stars! Thanks Julian for all your help!

Naomi has been an absolute godsend! She has helped me with complicated situations regarding my phone twice now and really fought to get them resolved. I couldn't be happier with the customer service she has provided. 10/10 recommend! Thanks again, Naomi!

Superb Customer Service on the part of every employee, especially Reily and Naomi. As a manager Naomi is awesome!!! The level of expertise the entire team has on cellular brands, best plan options, and phone functions is on point! They are so accurate and knowledgeable they should be teaching classes on Cell Phone Know How 101 !!!! Love this place and the staff rocks!

This young lady is the greatest customer service person I or my wife have ever met.
She remembered us by name, handled the matter with the utmost professional attitude and assurance that she would handle everything.
I let her, my back was acting up, and I just wanted to sit down. I'm 65 with spinal stenosis. When she came back I have just had to ask for her photo and she brought her wing man. I give this Metro PC'S in Bellingham.

The staff is amazing. They are first off, very knowledgable of the phones available and give honest opinions and information that's quite insightful, yet said in a way that's easy to understand to anyone , no matter how tech savvy they may be. Besides, being everything most cell stores and companies are not. They change the game by truly looking after your needs as a customer. I'm not saying this, because of a free promo product or any form of payment. I went in, ported my number over, selected the phone and before the salesman had switched the number to metro confirmed with me the price of everything. Which I had mis understood, to something I was asking them earlier. Aka the price to port two lines one being my wife's in a day or two. Being A.D.H.D, I knew the error was mine. Even that being the case, I only have enough money for about half of what they wanted. They watched my stuff, while I walked to the bank to get out more money. Payday being three days away and having a beautiful 22 month baby, my account was shy to say the least. As I walked to and front the bank about five blocks away, unaware to me. They kept my order up , which left them with only one computer to assist all other customers. Upon returning, I informed them, how little I was able to retrieve. In total it was once again. Shy , quiet shy frankly. After phone calls to corporate and over an hour of work on my behalf they performed and in the end , I was able to walk away with the phone and the plan that I wanted. That literally would never happen at any other phone store. As a level 7 local Google guide reviewer, contest that every detail is true. At one point an employee, was about to pay the different and I don't mean an empty gesture that they assume ahead of time you're too polite to accept. The employee from the angle I was standing could see him reaching for his wallet before even stating he would cover the differnce, before being interrupted by the salesman who told me, that what I paid was good enough. Earlier , that day not to there knowledge a family emenergy had occurred and being able to reach my family was more important now than ever. Without there help going above and beyond. I would still be without a phone in limbo, because of my mistake from the beginning. I have been with them for a year now. They are great people that are willing to make their customers happy. They talk to their customers like friends not like you are money in my pocket. They are a good people.

Naomi made my transfer from another cell carrier painless. She definitely has my vote for employee of the month for the year for that matter. I'll definitely be stopping in to see her again.

The people working here were awesome! (Especially David) Even with thier computer system continuously crashing making there job much harder and taking up a considerable amount of time they kept up great costumer Service and did everything they could to make this a great experience.

MetroPCS on the Guide Meridian in Bellingham Washington was amazing Sam and Julian were both very helpful employees and they spent over an hour helping me change my silly phone plan over Metro I'm super happy with my phone and I couldn't have asked for better service there was a lot of people in here and they handled all of them with the grace and promptness and I would come back again.

Best Metro I have ever been to. Went in the other day to get an Iphone for my daughter. Not only was it the only place i could find one but they set me up with another phone plan that my normal metro store told me was only for new customers. Very good service, abit out of my way but will gladly make the drive for my metro needs.

Julien and Sam helped us get set up with new phones for way less than expected. They also joke around while still getting things done quickly. Thanks!
