I went to the bank to address my client’s issue. Juneeta Pal, who assisted us, exceeded our expectations. She was very knowledgeable, demonstrated high professional ethics, and was friendly. She helped us navigate through a very stressful situation and made it as easy as possible. I will definitely recommend this branch.

Marissa was the best bank teller ever! She is so good at her job, nice and fun to talk to. Helped us freeze a compromised account and open a new one. Was very skilled at her job.

Marissa was incredible! She volunteered information that I didn't even know to ask for. She got me set up with online banking and the extra bonus program. I've been banking with WaFd for 7 years and paying $6/month for things i had never realized! That's $504!! I so appreciate Marissa walking me through my benefits and caring enough to spend the time with me to make sure I know how to use them.

As a charity organization, a new name had to be added to our account. The name of our club is Bellingham Emblem club. Marissa is who we worked with and she was extremely patient and kind. She also did what needed to be done and was smiling all the time. She is a keeper as an employee of the bank.
