Beck's Shoes

I recently moved to this area and was recommended by my podiatrist to have my feet re-measured at Beck's. I was pleasantly surprised at my first visit at this store, as it has been years since I have visited a shoe store. Ariana was so gracious to help me and as well as making recommendations on shoes. It turns out that for many years I have been buying the wrong size of shoes. I will be making a return trip to this store.

Went in just to browse and was blow away by the customer service. Ariana specifically help me find the shoe that fit my needs and was very knowledgeable about all the product. Definitely worth a visit and I will be coming back.

Went to Beck's to find sandals in my size. Staff were friendly. Arianna was wonderful! Very friendly and VERY helpful. I will return. One doesn't get a lot of customer service AND quality product like this very often. Much appreciated.

The service is always amazing, really considerate and helpful. The selection is great especially for the size of the store.
The value is worth the money, it's a pricy investment to buy nice shoes but it costs less in the long run and is better for your health so if possible I highly recommend shopping here.

I was helped by Ariana and the experience couldn't have gone better. She was very nice and personable. There were like 5 other people in the store and she was alone helping everyone. I never felt ignored. Great store definitely recommend.

Today I stopped by for a pair of Teva sandals. Ariana was very helpful. She was so fast, while having other customers. She was very nice. I enjoyed my first time at this store.

Ariana was quick to help Me on Summer's day off,being respectful and considerate of my customer relationship with her co-worker Summer. This is wonderful, noteworthy and very rare in this dog eat dog 🐕 world.
Ariana is ALWAYS working on the beautiful displays.

Ariana was so helpful getting me fitted for super feet and finding shoes to help heal my plantar fasciitis. She was really knowledgeable and attentive. She went above and beyond! I love my new shoes.

Love this shoe store - my whole body feels better after getting set up with Aetrex orthotics. The technology they use to figure out what's best for you is very cool. Ariana knows a LOT about shoes and will help you find the perfect shoe/insole combination. They carry a great selection of Birkenstocks, Doc Martens, and Dansko, so you can still look cute while being comfortable!

I bought my blundstones here years ago are they continue to serve me well. Good selection and help getting fitted. Learned that my feet are different sizes, which I had never known before. A place to learn about yourself and get some sweet new homes for your feets.

Awesome downtown shoe shop, wide variety of shoes and gear. Ask for Ariana! She knows a ton about shoes, and is enthusiastic to share her knowledge.

Stopped by looking for flip flops, they only had the slip on style of sandals. Poked around and took a gander at their selection- a lot of brand name material, seemed like they had a good spread. Didn't spend too long inside, but it was very clean and we'll kept, organized, and had lovely customer service.
They'll be switching owners within a month or so, I'm curious as to how new management will affect the place.
Might check back in a month or two to see if/how the place has changed and if they have flip flops.

The young lady that works there; Ariana I believe it is, helped me the whole time I was in the store. She does her job very well and is one of the reasons I’ll definitely be back!

I like this shoe store. All the shoes are high end dress or orthopedic shoes. A few tennis shoes mixed in. They always help me find the best dress shoes for teaching. I can get about 1.5 years out of a dress shoe from them. They also keep my records so I can find the same shoe next time.

This is my go-to shoe store. I've been in a couple times when it's slow and staff took their time to help out and shoot the breeze. I've also been in when it's SLAMMED and the staff did a great job of juggling customers, playing triage, and taking care of everyone in the store. They're knowledgeable and when they don't have an immediate answer to your question they say "let me find out." Staff are friendly and helpful and genuinely act like they want to be there. Coming from a decade in specialty retail myself this is absolutely tip-top.

I love supporting a local brick-and-mortar, so I stopped in Beck's Shoes last weekend to see if I could find a new pair of running shoes. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jovani (100% the reason I am writing this review). Jovani was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely enthusiastic to help me find the right fit. I was impressed by the assistance I received and found it easy to trust Jovani and his recommendations. He recommended a shoe that I didn't initially request to try on, but it turned out to be a great fit. I plan on returning to find my next pair.

Great personal service! A good selection of therapeutic shoes. (That did not look like gramma shoes!!). Patrick was very attentive in helping me find what my difficult feet needed. Price's were reasonable for quality shoes. I will be back!
