An excellent clinic! Dr. Singh is a wonderful and caring doctor who takes the time to listen to my health concerns. I never feel like I'm being rushed out the door. and I've never had to wait longer than 2-3 minutes to see him. Other than the front staff at reception being very curt, I recommend this clinic to everyone.

amazing reception staff! helpful, kind, great with helping kids stay entertained by giving them stickers and coloring materials; they get you right in to see your doctor within minutes of showing up to your appointment.
doctors are usually very busy so appointments cant always be made for the same day but their bedside manner and knowledge cant be beat! referrals to specialists and test results is always very prompt and they dont rush you through like so many other doctors do.
love that each doctor here takes on each others' patients for locum appointments when one G.P is on vacation or out sick :)

Dr.Janice Cox is such a wonderful and professional doctor,she sent me to the eyedoctor immediately after she saw my problem!Do feel appreciated! Besides,the receptionists working there are very helpful and friendly as well!

I've really appreciated how sympathetic and cheerful the front staff are. I've also been pleasantly surprised at the patience and depth of the doctoral care - we felt heard and not rushed!

Saw both Dr Singh and Dr Cox on different occasions. Both actually sat down and talked with me about my child's medical issue. They both also explained things to me if I didn't understand and were very kind.

Dr. Heffner is a very thorough GP, always makes time for your inquiries My family is grateful for his fantastic service. His receptionist is wonderful.

Dr Kulraj Singh Ji is one of the best doctor. He takes care of all the problems very seriously. Hemorrhage humble and caring doctor I have met.

Great place!

The receptionist at this place was absolutely stellar! The doctor on call though, 12:20 Oct. 21, 2107 was absolutely useless! My brother was so sick that I went with him. He was told that she could find nothing wrong despite the fact that he was nearly hoarse with clearing his throat, complaining of having great difficulty breathing when he laid down to sleep, was getting little to no rest, had a persistent cough and was tired and lethargic! What the...!

He came out with a slip of paper recommending a 'meet and greet' for a potential family physician, and nothing else. Whoever you are mi'lady, you are a poor excuse for a doctor and an even worse human being. You should be heartily ashamed of yourself!

Reception staff were nice. Very busy clinic. In and out in under a minute. Was handed a prescription without being told what it was for and ushered out the room. Didn't even have chance to tell him my symptoms. Had to ask the pharmacist next door for advice and information as well as what I was prescribed and what it treats.
