I've always had a great experience here. Getting to know the staff over time is the best as many remain for a long time. I use the online shopping option quite often and Manjit always makes me feel like family!

The produce picked is very good. They are also very willing to make things right if mistakes get made (which is rare, but we're all human right?). They go above and beyond to make sure I'm a satisfied customer and keep coming back for more.

A huge shout out to Zachary that works in the meat Department as I thought my dog may have ingested the blood lining liner in the pork ground pork package. He opened one up to make sure there was not one in there. Thank you Zachary for saving me a vet bill five stars. He went above and beyond his customer service is excellent!!

Tons of vegan options here, very clean and spacious store. They have just egg, cashew tiramisu, so delicious whip, very good butchers, field roast, Daiya, earth island, silk, riviera, and a bunch of other things. Definitely a good spot to stop if you’re looking for a bunch of vegan variety.

Emily who brings out our online orders is a gem. Always has a big smile and a kind word or a joke. I always leave with a smile. The security guard at the door has a similar air about him. Always greets you with a smile.

I was delighted with the exemplary customer care I received at this location. I had the privilege of establishing a rapport with Zachary. In the meat department..it is evident that he is an asset to his chosen vocation...kind, proactive, invested and professional..his product knowledge is extensive and his culinary tips enabled me to execute some delicous meals. I wish for him to be acknowledged by his team and wish him the very best in his future endeavors. Brody also was very helpful by taking the time out of his busy day to go the extra mile for me. Will continue to shop here and recommend to others.

Its small and easy to go in and out for what you need ... without walking thru huge grocery store n It's nice I was tired and shopped out chose save on instead of superstores stairs lol but super store good if u got lots of energy n or wanna work out 😉

Staff are always friendly, shelves are well stocked and the store is tidy. Pricing is a bit of an issue for comparibe items at other grocery stores though.

I’ve frequented many Save-On Foods locations over the years, but this one truly stands out.

I'd like to acknowledge Linda, who has continually gone above and beyond as an employee and in representing the store’s values. She’s always seen cheerfully helping customers and/or assisting other employees, even stepping in to process transactions at the empty customer service desk when the tills are backed up.

Just recently, I had bought a Sodastream Canister, only realizing it was incompatible with the machine I had upon taking off the seal. I was going to cut my losses and simply return it for the deposit refund, but Linda surprised me by arranging a full return and providing the correct canister for my Sodastream.

It’s apparent that the staff here care about the customer, as they provide superior service, consistently give warm welcomes, and promptly extend quality assistance when I need it.

For a reliable grocery shopping experience, this is the store to visit.

Save On Foods on South Fraser is one of the few Save-On Foods in the Abbotsford area where you don't have to worry about parking, the floor layout is clear and concise, you're able to find what you need, the staff know where things are, or they're friendly enough to tell you and look into what it is you're looking for to meet your grocery needs. Save On Foods has a wide variety at this location of wine and other spirits which makes it X an exceptional value and a consistent standard of product. I've enjoyed dealing with Save On over the years and go out of my way to go to this location even though it's many blocks out of the way, because I can count on the friendliness of the staff, the availability of the product, and the value.

Pretty much like every other big chain store out there in that they have basically everything you could ever need under one roof and it's all well managed/ clean etc.
Staff are friendly. Store is well maintained / stocked. Decent prices if you have thier points card which is simple to get and allows you some deals and even free stuff once you have some points.

Free fruits (bananas) for the kids while we're shopping is an awesome move on Save on Food's part. It keeps the kids quiet and distracted while grocery shopping.

Very friendly and helpful. Also willing to help and conscientious with helping Seniors.

The very best grocery store in Abbotsford it's clean has fresh food and friendly, kind staff. I have a trouble free trip every time it's not crowded with rude shoppers like at Superstore, and they have plenty of tills open I use self serve because it's quick and easy. They have a great ethnic selection and it's nice to go to a store and be able to relax and shop and have staff that's so nice they are always so friendly with plenty of smiles. Some food is a bit more money but I don't care it's worth it for the stress free shop and feel welcomed to shop there. But I think it's actually pretty much the same as superstore pricing plus the is fresh and much better quality, it's the only grocery store I will shop at now.

Save on Foods is the only store I will shop at now. Unlike some other "cheaper" grocery stores, Save On Foods has AMAZING service, they actually BAG YOUR GROCERIES, and the store is immaculate. So clean & organized!! The meat & produce is always fresh too! Yes, some things are priced more than some. I use the Flipp app & price match. They will match any competitors flyer deal!! I'm a regular at the South Fraser Way location, and always will be. I always feel so welcome. The staff are truly fantastic! Keep up the great work! You're doing it right Save On, & other grocery stores need to follow in your footsteps.
