I wanted to say how amazing the Verizon store in Clearfield was last week to me and my family. If you are looking for a Verizon store, this is the store you should definitely visit!
Scott was very helpful and had incredible knowledge with handling my transfer. I appreciate everything that he and Jake (manager) did to make our visit amazing. This is the store we will use in the future.

Kyle was a great help to me. He was able to explain everything I needed to know with my new phone. He took his time and I never felt rushed. He was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. If I have any questions I would definitely feel comfortable to call him about it.

Angela Laird was amazing to work with. She was courteous and knowledgeable. She multitasked to help my husband get a new phone set up and to help me unlock my app. She worked magic like a fairy godmother! She needs 10 stars but I can only select 5.

Kyle was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had. He made sure that all of our information was transferred from our old phones to our new phones. He made sure we had all the accessories we needed. He took his time with us and I didn't feel rushed even when the store got busy. I will definitely ask for him in the future.

My wife and I got the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro max here a week or so ago and Assistant Sales Manager Kyle was the one to help us throughout the process. He is knowledgeable, professional, and organized. The store was very clean and spacious. We will gladly come back in the future to get another phone as long as I can work with Kyle.

Kerry was fantastic at assisting me in an upgrade from an iPhone10 to iPhone13 Pro! He was quick and assisted me on Promotion at the time for myself and my families plan! I would highly recommend going there and asking for him!

My wife and I stopped at this store on our way to our Northeast PA home from the Detroit, MI area. Our original intent was to gather information regarding cost and make/model information to replace our two aging cell phones.
We were assisted by Jose Rodriguez, who provided us with the best cell phone shopping experience we've had since our first bag phone purchases back in the day!
Jose listened carefully to our desires for capabilities and costs and discussed multiple options with us. He was patient with our many questions and made sure we understood answers he provided and that we were happy with our selections. Jose made sure our new phones were set up and that all contacts, applications and settings were properly transferred, He went over operation of our phones and made sure we were comfortable with them. To top off our experience, he called us on Wednesday to ensure things were going well with the new phones and if we had any questions.
Verizon should use Jose as an example of how sales staff should treat customers.

I was having issues with my phone charging while on vacation. The associate who helped me was Kyle. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service! I give him 5 stars.

I’ve always upgraded every year to the newest iPhone, always dealt with the same person but that person was gone this year. I was welcomed and got the chance to work with Hunter, she made the process of upgrading my phone easier and more convenient than ever before! It was set up and I was on my way quickly and she handled everything about the pre order. Will definitely be returning to Hunter every year now! Thanks again for the great service!

I just recently upgraded my phone and worked with Ray. It was hands down the best upgrade process I've experienced. He was great, to the point, and covered all aspects from the phone itself, screen protection and a phone case The staff is friendly, helpful and gets it done in a timely fashion. I'm happy and have no complaints.👍👍
