Amazing staff at this store!!! We have never felt so welcomed at any store. The associates were all very friendly and super helpful finding us some shoes for my son this afternoon. I am so grateful for the entire staff that was present. The service was top notch!! Thanks ladies!!

I had the best experience today in the Abbotsford store. An employee named Grace spent lots of time helping my 11 year old boy find some clothes and show him the cool brands. She went above and beyond, really great service thought she deserved a shout out!

Went in today looking for shoes for Beau and didn't plan to leave with anything. The 2 young men helped us search for and order the perfect shoes and helped us find one at half price off clearance for the sale - both had to be ordered in. In all honesty you don't hope for much going to the mall these days as an adult but these young guys were knowledgeable and casual. No gimmicks to be had. Cheers guys well be back in sprung when we blow these couple pair out 🤟

Went in looking for green cargo pants. Tried on a pair that were ill fitting but after speaking with Ashley there, she was so helpful and got me into another similar pair that was exactly what I was looking for! 10/10 would recommend this store if Ashley is working.

After a long day of my dad and I shopping and going into every store where the staff seemed miserable, we stopped into Zumiez and the staff were all smiling and super friendly and overall just down to earth. They also made sure we got a good laugh. My dad and I thought it really made this store stand out from all the other stores in the mall.

Zumiez has always been my go to place to buy any clothes that I could have ever needed. Every time I need something, the staff is always kind enough to help me out and make sure I get exactly what I need. Great staff

Very friendly staff. Took out the time to talk to me about what I’m looking for and helped me with sizes. Everyone seemed eager to help out and make my experience great. You can tell the management is very organized and trained the staff to he efficient.
