Ok, I don't know how everyone does not use this company for all plumbing needs. They came out last week for a minor clog in our hotel. They were quick and efficient, and communicated the whole process. Brandon and Leah I believe were our techs. Absolutely loved them. NOW for the Absolute reason this company will forever have the business of our property, just 2 days ago one of our public restrooms started backing up. No biggie we put it out of order, schedule with Gary's for the following morning. Yhall when I tell you within an hour of Making that call... all hell breaks loose... litterly. I called left a frantic message with very real stress laced in my voice. BRANDON a true hero calls me back, says he is finishing up a job and he will be right over. He was here for hours with us, till midnight, he also got an apprentice and the parts manager on sight. Huge shout out to all three of them. Brandon and team found the source of our problem explaining the next steps we needed to take even told us the companies we could use. By the next morning those companies he suggested were on site fixing our puctured line to restore normalcy in our Hotel. And the cherry ontop this morning our favorite techs Brandon and Leah came by to run the camera through the line just to make sure we were in the clear. When one of the most stressful situations occurred Gary's plumbing was the absolute best. Forever customer for sure. Thank you Brandon and team.

Had a leak in my water main to my house. Initial fix installed by Gary's resulted in a faulty brass fitting. Gary's quickly sent out techs to remedy the issue. Very friendly/helpful staff and techs.

They came the same afternoon. They quickly solved the problem. They charged a very reasonable service fee, which also eliminated the cost of the house call. They came, they fixed, they left…..how fabulous is that? It’s a huge relief to locate a local, skilled, affordable and responsive plumber. Thank you, Gary’s.

Worth every penny spent. The techs sent out were knowledgeable (I worked in residential construction for close to a decade), professional and extraordinarily helpful with a nasty clog I couldn't clear despite many attempts at (my 80 yr old plumbing ate two snakes). The price isn’t cheap but I will say I would have zero reservations about paying it again. I highly recommend using them as they will certainly be getting a call from me for future work.

I have used Gary's several times for a variety of issues; furnace, burst pipes, and fireplace insert. Every time their response time has been no longer than 24 hours and same day service for emergencies. Technicians were friendly, thorough, efficient and successful in resolving the issues.

Good workmanship and quick efficient work, done rapidly and no hidden costs. It's worth paying for the work to be done by experts. Would have taken me 5 times as long and a few trips to Hardware sales with a less good final product.

Called on weekend for an emergency plumbing issue. They were prompt, informative, and efficient. Even offered to show us how to fix it if the issue happened again. Tech was friendly and had good communication.

So happy with the service Wade & Tyson provided at my cabin. They made sure it was winterized as well as identified a couple of problems that needed to be fixed. They recommended against the repair I had requested because I didn’t need it! Really appreciate their honesty and integrity. Gary’s Plumbing will be my go-to for plumbing help. And shout out to the super helpful, friendly receptionist Claire! She accurately documented my request and got me scheduled immediately. Claire also gave me a referral to a hot tub person, which I really needed. Well done, lovely team at Gary’s Plumbing!

It was a good experience.
When I called to ask for a plumber to come out I was told a flat fee to come out and assess and that i would be provided clear price before any work was done. After the problem was assessed I was given price options for the work that needed to be done. And we agreed on a price before work was done.

I was very happy with the 2 people who came to my house and with the person that I talked to on the phone.

This company is professional and upfront with their pricing. And I would do buisness with them again.

The young men who came to my home were awesome. I would be delighted to have them back at anytime. They keep me update at every step of the process. Very compassionate and kind. They worked very hard to get my line open again.

David and Dave were great communicators and great to work with clearing a clogged main. They showed up at the end of the day just about an hour after I had made the call. They returned first thing in the morning before their other jobs to make sure I was good to go. I know that that quick a response might not always be possible, but it was greatly appreciated. The front office was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Very nice company.. I manage a dental practice and we had a leaking pipe. From the moment I contacted them, they showed care/concern. Fast service, not once was disruptive. I loved the communication and quote was everything up front. Honestly I LOVE to support places with great customer service. This was a great company to deal with thank you!

Our water heater had leaked all over by the time I got home from work on a Friday night. My first thought was, "What plumber will I get to come out on a weekend?". My second thought was, "How much is this going to cost me??". I called Gary's because I saw that they got great reviews and were open 24/7. Right away, Owen picked up. He was super helpful and willing to come out that night to fix it! He gave me a quote over the phone (and after calling around I realized it was by far the lowest price!) and was able to stick to the price, even after having to do some extra, unintended work on the project. The new water heater looks and works great. I couldn't be happier with Gary's and highly recommend them! They are my plumber from here on out!
