I really have no idea why this place has less than 3 stars average. The people are nice helpful understanding and personal. I've also never had them mess up my packages damaged them or anything like that. I've had a PO with them for almost a year and have many packages delivered. Highly recommend if you want a post office that talks to you like a person and not just another number.

This USPS is just fine. The low rating is probably due to bad USPS services on average across the country.

We had an appointment to apply for passports. Joseph helped us, and there isn't enough room on this form to list all the good things I'd like to say about our experience. First and foremost, Joseph was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and fast! We had an anxious 7-year-old with us, and Joseph went above and beyond to make the process as pleasant as possible for everyone but especially him. He offered our son a USPS activity bag to keep him happy and entertained the entire time. The whole thing for all 3 of us, including taking pics, took less than 45 min, despite having to explain and correct a couple of mistakes I had made on my application. Joseph was an absolute gem of an employee. I hope that when we return in 10 years to renew our passport, he's still there. This was the best customer service experience we've ever had, not just at a government run facility but anywhere.

Both employees I talked to were friendly and helpful and kept lines moving quickly. General delivery hours are 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Big local post office for all your shipping needs. Lots of easy parking. Supplies, boxes, stamps, envelopes, post cards. Easy in and out. Highly recommended.

I have never called them or had to locate a package, so I can't speak from that experience. They are pretty good about helping me send out packages. I do enjoy the nice variety of stamps they have. Very few times have the lines been too crazy, mostly at Christmas time.

I had a great experience working with the postal workers at this location! Amar was extremely kind and patient, and helped me track down some packages that never arrived at their destination. Everyone I interacted with at this location went the extra mile in order to help me. Fabulous customer service!

Good folk! Can't believe the reviews here. The system is strained enough. Patience goes a long way. Keep up the good work gang!
