TASTE OF INDIA

We were passing through town on the way to Alaska. Found this place and saw it had great reviews. I had never had Indian food and my husband loves it so we decided to stop in. The food and service were spectacular! The staff were attentive, and we tried many things, all of which were exceptional. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving authentic food!

I went here on Tuesday with a friend of mine and had such an amazing experience. The food was wonderful and the staff were very accommodating and kind. They allowed us to sample different foods to help us make our order as we’d never been here before, and were just overall very helpful.
The food was just amazing. I had the chicken curry with garlic naan and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I know I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Taste of India is Bellingham's best Indian restaurant. The smell of the food that hits you when you walk in is an indication of the aromas that meet your table when the food arrives. We tried the lentil soup, fish pakora, veggie samosas, chicken Tikka masala, and for dessert, the gulab jamun. The food looked good and tasted great. The quality and flavors were perfect. There isn't anything we could say that could be improved upon. It's been years since we've been here, but I'm sure with the reminder tonight, we will be back soon. I highly recommend Taste of India if you love Indian food.

One of the best dining experiences i’ve had! they were really really nice and we’re very patient with me and a friend who hadn’t had indian food before. i got the chana masala and garlic naan and it was so incredibly amazing i was sad when i was full! Sam was very polite and funny

My dining experience here was superb. Mike ( owner) personally greeted and seated us with a warm, genuine smile. As it was our first time, he provided us a complimentary sampling of some of his favorite appetizers. And , upon his recommendation , the curried goat/rice entree along with the Hayward 5000 Indian beer was delicious… and the experience and hospitality at Taste of India was truly amazing and endearing… I am a huge fan now, looking forward to eating there again, and definitely recommend enjoying the Indian cuisine and genuineness of a fabulous family restaurant that can be experienced at Taste of India

Staff is great , food is AMAZING, great price for the amount of food ! Great vibes all around ! I highlyyy recommend!! I meant to take a photo before but one bite in I couldn’t stop !!

Delicious. We ordered the Non-Vegetarian dinner for two. This consisted of Mulligatawny (yellow lentil) and even better the Coconut and Tomato soup that stopped both of us from tasting anything else in appreciation. The vegetable Samosa was fresh and steaming hot on the inside. The Mix platter of Chicken Tandoori and Tikka as well as the Fish Tikka were quite good. We chose the Lamb Korma and Butter Chicken for mains that were equally as savory fresh and stunning complements to the Pulao Rice and Garlic naan. There is too much that is too tasty to do anything but try this yourself.

My friend and I had lunch at this wonderful establishment yesterday and experienced the most delightful service—treated like VIPs! The food, as always is delicious! This is one of my favorite restaurants & usually order for take out. This was quite a treat to experience one of the most complementary & friendly dine-in service. Highly recommended!

OH MY GOSH! Today I picked up my fourth to go order in less than two weeks. I had no idea I loved Indian food as much as I do until I found Taste of India! The food is beyond AMAZING! Everyone there is so polite and so professional. I may end up going broke eating there as I am already planning on what I will get on Friday after work. Their food is the best I have ever had. I more than recommend Taste of India and their incredible food. Its a MUST go to!!! A MUST!! I never really do reviews but I had to with this restaurant!!

These guys have amazing service, friendly atmosphere and tasty food! They offer extra little appetizers and are very kind and courteous. All around good people and very very yummy food! Never a disappointment

It was my mom and I’s first time here and we will definitely be coming back!! The food was served really hot and everything just tasted really good and we were happy with the portions too. Sam had the best recommendations and was a great server, always checking in on us! 10/10 ⭐

Taste of India is the most satisfying dinning experience of the year! As we entered the restaurant we were welcomed by the heavenly aroma of delicious food. Our wait person was so helpful and charming he seated us, took care of the smallest details ensuring we were able to get the best deal possible. The meal was superb the Himalayan Blue beer made me smile. I love this place and will be back with friends!!

Best Indian food in town. Quick service and very friendly staff. The vegetarian options are extremely tasty. We've had takeout and just had the dine in. We recommend to anyone who's been wanting to try Indian, this is the spot!

yummy food and great service! our server sam was polite, funny and kept our waters full the entire time! (quite a feat as my partner will drink insane amounts of water when we go out haha) we were given extra rice and a desert sample as we were leaving which was very much appreciated, i definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely delicious! It was my first time here and I didn’t know what to order. Our waiter, Sam, was super helpful and suggested veggie korma with Kashmiri naan - it was so good! Highly recommend this place!

Tonight was the first time we ate at Taste of India. We are already planning our next visit. The food was outstanding, service wonderful and presentation beautiful. My only regret is that we didn’t try it sooner. 5 stars all the way!

We really enjoyed our lunch today, super delicious, a bunch of food that we get to enjoy as leftovers tonight. Very helpful staff and lots of vegetarian options! ♥✨

Went here maybe a month ago? Everything was awesome. Our waiter was pretty attentive and even gave us a serving of cheese naan, which he insisted we try because it was his favorite. It was delicious! All the food was delicious and the portions are so generous that we were both stuffed, and regrettably couldn’t finish, so we took our leftovers home. Everything was delicious but my favorite thing was the veggie pakora with the different chutneys on the Appetizer menu (you can see the leftover chutneys that came with it to the right - my favorite was the green one). Best Indian food I have had in Bellingham.

This was my first time ordering food from this restaurant. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The garlic Naan bread is heaven in my mouth. I found my new go to spot for delicious Indian food.
