Anthony is outstanding! He really knows how to support the AT&T brand while delivering excellent service. From the minute you step into the door, he makes you feel assured you will get the satisfaction you are seeking and will be pleased to find he exceeds expectation every time.

William was very kind, personable, and patient. We came in with two kids and he was unbothered by our two year old running around. 10/10 would recommend coming in if he’s here working!

We had a great experience with William! We were nervous about switching from Verizon to At&t since we had been with them for so long, but William made the process so easy. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help and even stayed past his scheduled shift to get us everything we need and answer all our questions! The guys at the Clearfield PA store have been fantastic! Over the past several months myself and other family members have made several visits to the store for new phones and service to defective phone issues. Matt and his team have really got it together. Most of our visits have been involving billing questions, and various other issues. The majority of our visits involved interaction with William.
He is outstanding and so knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all questions and went above and beyond lending his expertise and wealth

I have to give a huge shout out to the Clearfield AT&T, mainly William and his co worker Tony. My visit this week for 2 new phone was the best customer experience I have ever had with a cell phone store. They worked with us to make sure we know how to operate the phone to get the most out of it. William even stayed late to make sure all our data was transfered over correctly with no issues! Thank you! Truly a job well done!

This AT&T Clearfield was a lot better than any other one we visited. My boyfriend was having issues with his IPhone 14, other AT&Ts told us to call a line to get it fix. Clearfield ended up giving us better advice on how to go about getting a new phone faster being it was gonna take a while to fix his other one. We had a new “burner” phone in half an hour thanks to Anthony! Thank you!

I just worked with one of the best AT&T employees ever - William!!! He went above and beyond with my daughter and I, providing excellent customer service and staying late to help us with our issues we were having. He is a very dedicated member of the AT&T staff and is deserving of the highest praise. When you need a go-to person at the Clearfield store, William is your guy.

We went in looking to upgrade our phones and William was the greatest help in suggesting how we do our upgrade and as we asked questions he provided answers and helped us find solutions on keeping our bill at a minimum but giving us the greatest quality and plans I went in a few days later and he took the time to set up my watch and he took his time to get it right the first time. All the guys were super nice but we mainly dealt with William and that is who we asked for when we went in to purchase something else and he was just as helpful as the first day meeting him. Throught out the years we have dealt with a few out at the Clearfield store but my husband and I must say that William was the most helpful and most patient person we ever dealt with. Clearfield AT&T has finally got some good guys out there . Here is to William 👊. Don't leave him hanging go and talk to William and he will help you as much as he has helped us.

Went in today to get a family plan set up and they were so nice and helpful. All 3 store associates helped us out. Big shout out to William! He was AMAZING, so helpful, and just a nice person. Thank you so much for making it such an easy transaction and for all your help!

I added a new line to my plan and I was in and out so quickly! William was absolutely fantastic! It was, by far, the smoothest experience and quickest service I have had at that location.

The gentleman (fellow ginger) whom helped us was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He understood exactly what I wanted and didn't hesitate to put in the work to get us to that point. Our experience was quick and simple as to my preference! Would absolutely recommend anyone to AT&T, as well as to the young man who delightfully assisted us! 10 out of 10 for both his customer service and the service provided!

Excellent customer service. Trevor was professional and very helpful. Very informed about the products and the services and made great suggestions that saved me money! Ended up getting a better data plan for the same amount I had been paying because he understood the fine print of a discount that was missed at another ATT store. Totally recommend!

I want to personally thank William B. for taking the time to get my phone where it needs to be. He was very kind and informative. One of the best customer service experiences I had. Thank you will for making things right for me.
