Affordable Multi Storage - Cambra

So I'm leaving this review with five stars not for the company but for Michelle who works for the company. I was very very aggravated over some confusion and company policies that just don't make any sense. Michelle was the one who took the phone call and handled it incredibly well. No matter how aggravated I came across on the phone she was an excellent employee and you can tell by speaking to her that she's a really good person. I can honestly say that this company is lucky to have her. She was only enforcing company policy but she did it amazingly. Her customer service skills are through the roof. If the owners reading this. She needs a raise.
