We appreciated the fact that we were able to have an open dialog with Crystal in advance about our expectations and she did a good job explaining how she could deliver on those expectations. She provided us with a Competitive Market Analysis but also recognized the things that made our home unique and/or desirable (well maintained/quiet neighborhood, cul-de-sac, close to town location, good schools, etc.) and she guided us in listing it at a price that would be competitive.
