Needed a Porta Potty for project, it was delivered about an hour after I put in a request. The woman I spoke with was friendly and and prompt in both scheduling delivery and pick up.

We have Hammel's Riverside Garage & they haul our trash. Super nice & they do a great job. Very fair price!!!

I have so much respect for anyone who works in this industry, as my father did when he was alive. That being said, I wanted to support a local business when searching for a company for trash removal. We used their services for a few years. We were recently dropped without reason, as customers. We called, but our call was not returned. When I would have interaction with the younger woman (Melissa) that typically answers the phone, I was always made to feel that my business wasn't wanted. When I was contacted by her with any kind of issue, I was always flexible with the solution and again, made to feel like my business was a burden. Our home security system captured and recorded many unprofessional things being said and done during pickups, but we stuck with them. I can't speak on their other services, but I would not recommend them for trash removal and I can only assume that since the other services are run by said party, that you will incur the same situations. When we started up with another local business, they were so kind and professional we were actually taken back, as that's not what we had been used to with Wertz. Our new provider also has exceptionally better rates, and the workers are professional!

We have used this company for many years and were always happy with the service we received. The gentlemen that came on site were professional and friendly. The issue is with their office, the woman who answers the phone is unprofessional and rude. During a recent phone call, she argued with me and hung up on me when I was trying to schedule for service. Have heard similar complaints from others on her unprofessional behavior. It stinks that I have to look out of the area for help with septic services and can't support a local business because of their receptionist.

FRIDAY 5/7/21 Wilt's Septic out of Bellwood,PA came to pump out my septic tank after you failed to come as schedule. I scheduled this with you in December 2020 and was confirmed in February or March 2021. You all did not even have the courtesy to call. I called you 1 hour after the scheduled time. No call back. I called you 2 hours after the scheduled time. Still no callback.. I contacted you on your website and you finally called me with a lame excuse. Your best you could do was come Monday 5/10/21. You did not even try to make it right, knowing we were leaving for vacation on Monday 5/10/21. I told you we had a 2'x2'x2' hole in my yard and could not let that open while we were gone. Who would have been responsible if someone got hurt??? NOT YOU. I would not have given you a star at all but 1 is the least I could give.

They don't pay their workers enough money and I'm still waiting for my last paycheck. Never work for them the employees there boss you around and make you do all the work supposed to be a two man team but the employees there will make you do all the work when never work for them again
