U-Haul Storage of Ferndale

Savannah Is amazing! I have worked with her for the past two years as we have sold our property near her location and prepared for our move to Phoenix.

We started with a local truck rentals as we prepared our house for sale. Then we added a large storage unit for some of our household goods, then another large unit to hold more furniture. She recommended the moving crew that we used and of course multiple U-Haul truck rentals. She guided me in which truck (26’) and auto carrier to use and even suggested your U-Haul boxes (3) for the extra capacity that we needed in the end. We loaded everything yesterday and leave with our loaded truck and Teslsa on the trailer this morning.

Savannah has been amazing throughout this whole extended process. She has been very professional, knowledgable, and helpful. And, always with a smile.

Amazing customer service! The staff made our stressful moving day a lot easier by accommodating our request to pick up our trailer at a later time since our move had taken longer than expected.
Once we arrived at the location, they were extremely quick with assisting us with loading our car onto the trailer.
During our drive we ended up blowing a trailer tire and their emergency line was easy to use and someone arrived to change the tire in about an hour which was amazing with where we were!

We have had a ubox storage at this place for a long time and every time we needed to check the box, the ‘ experience was great thanks to amazing customer service of Savannah. She is definitely the super star! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I have used this location many times in the past for truck, trailer and storage rentals, the staff is friendly and always ready to help.

This by far was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Andrew is the store owner and any time we needed anything or any help he always was there for us. He was able to get us a moving truck ASAP, he stayed late so we could get the last storage unit, and he worked with us to make a really bad situation, turn into something great. Aimee is The assistant manager and she was so friendly, so kind, and worked so hard to help us make our move run smoothly. Jeremy maintains the property and everything always is super clean! I was so worried about putting my stuff into Storage but there was no need! Everything was so well taken care of there. If you have any doubts at all about this Uhaul let me clear them up for you… just go meet the staff. They are truly some of the most amazing people I had the pleasure of meeting.

The owner was friendly. Corporate office redirected me to drop off my trailer at this facility at the last minute via e-mail, even though it was not recommended by the facility. 2 stars to U-Haul corporate, 5 stars to U-Haul Ferndale. Good people here. I've dealt with them a few times. Very helpful.

The manager is so cool. Really enjoys helping people👍. I totally commend him for that. Helpful, knowledgeable, freindly....yikes....totally "down home". Great place. Hard to find these days. If you need U-Haul rental in this area, you really need to visit this outlet!!

This is a good outlet for renting trailers. Seems well run. Easy to deal with.

Called to reserve a tow dolly. The guy who answered was very helpful and understanding. I haven't even picked it up yet, but I feel like this kind of service deserves a great review.
Edit: Everything went great. I don't recall the name of the guy I talked to, but I'm surprised to see such poor reviews. As someone else said, perhaps there's new owners.

Great staff working today. There is nothing needed to improve on.

Quick, easy and friendly. Rented a 9' Chevy van, had less than 3k miles on it and very clean inside. Can't really argue with that. Overall no complaints here.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. They had my U-Box hooked up to my rental truck before I even arrived.

I used them 5 years ago when I moved and they were so helpful. I was back in town and needing to move some things and my prior experience brought me back to them. Still great service.

Being a first-time customer to this particular location I will say that I was blown away by the customer service provided by the general manager of the store Cheyenne jones she made the process very easy and couldn't stop talking about how she loved her job at U-Haul as a customer and a manager of your local storage facility I give her a 10 out of 10 for being awesome to customers I will continue to use this U-Haul based off the service I got this morning once again thank you so much for making me feel like I was part of your team Casey Jones.

Fair storage prices in heated units. The UHaul services are accurate and very user friendly. The UHaul pod shipping service is excellent. Good customer service too.

Was in and out very quickly. Only needed it the box truck for a short run. Truck was in excellent shape and very clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely rent from here again.
