Bellingham Pantec Mini Storage

Absolutely incredible customer service & attention to detail. The managers Noel, Kelly, and Paul are some of the hardest working people I've met. Friendly, helpful, and even have helped unload cargo when in a tight spot! Security is top-notch. The place is clean, and they put customer satisfaction at the top of their list. If I could give them a raise, I would. I've had only good experiences and have rented two different units over the past two years. I'd recommend to anyone.

Kelly was very courteous and helpful, a pleasure to meet him. The site seems to be very secure, well kept, flat with good drainage, easy access for my truck and trailer. I would highly recommend Pantec

We are moving to Bellingham and needed quick storage, they found a unit for us. Always great with a hello and folks who have been using the storage for some time spend minutes chatting with which ever one is at the desk. It's just a great place to do business.

I have been a Pantec customer since May, 2019. The management has always been friendly, accommodating and honest. My property has always been secure and safe. I once used another storage company between 2003 and 2006 and found out far too late that their staff had gotten into my unit and stolen a number of things that are expensive to replace. Pantec, on the other hand, I trust implicitly. I don't think you can find a better storage company though I know that you can find a lot worse. Pantec is as good as it gets in storage.

Kelly guided me and my wife through the entire process of renting a 45’ x 11‘ parking spot for our vehicle storage needs. He was polite, attentive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. When checking in we had a pleasant conversation while still covering all of the ins and outs of the legal jargon. This is my second time renting a storage space from Pantec Mini Storage because of these continued pleasant experiences.

I would recommend the storage facility to anybody I know.

I had a storage unit here for almost six years, didn't touch any of my stuff in it for that entire time. Came back to clean it out and everything was in perfect condition, even bare electronics just left sitting there still work fine (I really thought the humidity of this area would've had *some* effect). The staff were always very friendly and the rent never changed or anything. I have 0 regrets in keeping my stuff here.

Pantec Mini Storage is awesome!! The cost is just right my storage unit is perfect and I really really really like the people. They were very clear on not selling to homeless and they are lovely and friendly humans.

We are so happy we found Pantec. The facility is clean and secure, and came through for us when we were in a real pinch. Kelly, the manager, is super helpful, kind and friendly. If we need storage again, we will come back to this Pantec location. Highly recommend!

Very professional and efficient business. I was out of town and had someone drop off a vehicle for me and through a few quick phone calls was able to get set up with a hassle-free and safe space for my rig.

Fair pricing and flexible...It was a pleasure doing business with Diane and those who work with her... (are) very helpful and have a great attitude. One of the few places (maybe only in town?), that have clean, dry and secure inside building car parking.

The reservation process went exceptionally well and I was lucky to get the last unit! That says something for the quality of place this is..theyve got several property's and people are sticking with them. I can say this is the best in Bellingham Wa!

I just rented a unit from Pantec Storage earlier today. I looked around in Bellingham and checked prices at several other places. I did like the place on Carolina St but it was a bit pricey. This place was good for the price and they had a good move in special which I took advantage of. The people there were very friendly and professional. This is only my first impression but it was an excellent one. I recommend this place.

After a terrible experience with Public Storage, we called Pantec Mini Storage and luckily they had a space available for us.

Once we arrived Diane went out of her way to help us. Her kindness and outstanding customer service turned our horrible morning around and made our day!

By far the best storage facility that I have rented from. They were very affordable compared to other places in town. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good place to store their stuff.

There's a friendly elderly couple that keeps the show running. Very kind and most professional. I hope I see them again someday!
