Tip Top Roofing and Siding

We have used Tip Top on two separate occasions. Both times, they were extremely responsive and quick to take care of our issue. Their employees are friendly and professional. They explain everything in detail so that there aren't any questions about what to expect. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We will continue to use them for all of our exterior housing needs. Highly recommend!

Our 18-year-old roof was replaced by Tip Top Roofing and Siding, and my husband and I could not be more pleased. I was made aware of Tip Top through a listing on our Community Homeowners’ Association website.

From the time I placed the original phone call, and spoke to Melissa, I knew this was the company that would be a perfect fit for my husband and me. EJ, the owner, arrived at our home at the appointed time with roofing samples in hand. He was a fountain of information, drawing on his experience, skill, and expertise, answering all questions large and small. When asked for EJ’s personal opinion, he gave it honestly, both the good and unfavorable, concerning shingles, colors, manufacturers, etc. There was no pressure, just information given from a man with knowledge to share.

It took a bit of time for my husband and me to make a final decision on what shingles we wanted for our home. I placed numerous phone calls to Melissa and always had the most pleasant voice on the other end of the line. If she was not able to take my call at the moment placed, the call was always returned in a timely fashion and any questions asked were answered. Melissa made sure customer service was her top priority.
I also took a number of shingle samples home, and when samples were returned, Melissa greeted me with smiles, friendliness, patience, and a helping hand.

Everything on the shingle contract was spelled out exactly as EJ had presented it to us at our initial meeting. There were no unwanted surprises.

Lastly, I cannot say enough about the crew that replaced our shingles. They were polite, extremely hard-working, and did a superb job from the moment they arrived until late in the day when the task at hand was complete. The crew cleaned up at the end of each evening they were here. No mess left for the next workday. We could ask for nothing more from them.

After a nightmare from our original roofing contractor, Tip Top Roofing came in and corrected all the issues that I had with uneven shingles, incorrect flashing and tore up shingles and laid down a wonderful section of rubber roofing. Very professional and has a great awareness of communication with the customer. I am glad I was referred to them as they did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone as their quality of work is top notch. Thanks again for making a horrible experience from original contractor then into a pleasant one.

Competitive & Competent
After starting on a project and realizing it was a little more than we could handle ourselves, we reached out to a few other contractors and Tip Top was the best choice. EJ and Michelle were caring and understanding. They were very helpful as we were changing the colors of the roof and siding. They got the job done in a timely manner. Tip Top Dave did great at fixing up a few minor things that got missed. Over all we had an awesome experience with Tip Top!

I thought we needed a new roof. Tip Top examined the roof and attic and explained the probable cause of the water issue. He gave us great advice that will extend the life of our existing roof at least 5 more years. He was very professional and knowledgeable and I wouldn't hesitate to call Tip Top again.

Hubby built a little cover for over his air tank. When it came time to finish the roof, we only needed 32 sq feet of underlayment and a couple pieces of drip edge. Called Tip Top and inquired about buying just what we needed. Stopped in and spoke with Michelle and EJ. EJ hooked us up and didn't want any payment. There are still good people out there. I asked Tip Top Roofing to come out and repair my roof in early spring, which they did and performed some other services as well. I waited to write my review to really give their repairs a true test, we have had several storms this summer and with the rain this past weekend pushing in from Hurricane Idalia, I didn't see any leaks in my roof.
