Colonial Estates Community

I have lived here for ten years. The rules are in place in order to keep our park nice looking. I am thankful they are enforced. I would not want to live in a park where car engines, tires laying around, junk, etc. were allowed.
The main reason we moved in was b/c the park was orderly and it has stayed that way all these years.
I have no complaints!

Great place to live. The rules some complain about are for our protection & keeping our community safe & clean.

We all agreed to them when we moved in & signed the lease....so nothing to complain about unless you are a rule breaker???

I'm glad we have some uniformity in keeping grass mowed, weeds pulled, decks painted, etc. If not, this place would be like a rough "trailer park" instead of a well kept community that it is.

Been living here going on 15 years, nice and quiet, hardly any kids. Keep your place clean and in good condition and you won't hear anything from management. I wouldn't even call it a trailer court due to how clean and quiet it is. If you want a place with screaming kids riding big wheels all around till after dark, go to those courts on warm spring road or route 30 in st.thomas.
The only thing it lacks is it could use a small community swimming pool where the pond used to be. I will volunteer to lifeguard and run the concession stand. Lol.

GPS couldn't find an address there if you were sitting in it but place was nice and quiet.

Smaller shop high prices nice antiques.

I do concrete and decks there. Nice mobile home park.
