Dr Glass has always been great. He's knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions without making me feel stupid for asking. Lost a star for his staff fumbling the balk on what should have been an easy Rx refill. But to be fair stuff happens. And they often run behind schedule but that proves to me hes in demand and thorough with patients. Def. Recommend him!

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Not only is he smug and arrogant but apparently he doesn't care about his patients well being. My grandfather had 2 large obstructing kidney stones removed and even though we had a conversation with him at his pre-op appointment about having a lot of trouble with pain management after surgeries and being assured he would be admitted on a 23hr hold at minimum he signed off and told the nurse to send him on his way with some Tylenol. Mind you my grandfather was sobbing in pain. The pacu nurse kept apologizing and said there was nothing they could do since he signed off and said just give him Tylenol he'll be fine. Absolutely zero care on his part. Wouldn't refer my worst enemy to him for care.

Where to start...he blames nephrologist to avoid responsibility...makes appointments, then forgets patient had one...promises urological surgeries in the hospital, then fails to do them and assigns others to do his job

Horrible experience! Had stones removed from both kidneys and two stents put in during the procedure. Was left in excruciating pain and could not get any help from medical staff or Dr. Glass. Well, not until I got the CEO of Wellspan involved. I received an apology from him, with an attitude. The day of the stent removal, the attitude was still there and once again, was left in excruciating pain!! I will never return to this office. Never! Something is not right about the amount of pain that you are left in.

Very long wait time.We’ve been waiting for an hour and nobody has come in to check on us.

Horrible service!!! I show up for my appointment 11:15am The lady at the desk tells me that the doctors an hour behind I told her how come you didn’t call me to let me know this well it’s their policy oh I’m sorry common courtesy doesn’t exist for them so I just left I’ll take my business somewhere else. I would not recommend this place at all!! I also think it’s funny how they send you an email about Covid when they got a pack full of room of clients I guess Covid doesn’t exist anymore! 😂

Would not recommend this Dr. Arrogant and condescending. Seems to enjoy humiliation.

Had to wait over an HR for the Dr. No one come in in that amount of time to even see if anyone needed anything.
