This place is amazing. You are not pressured to buy at all. We were greeted by Chase when we entered and he explained where we would find what we were looking for. He checked back about 20 minutes later to answer questions. We ended up buying furniture from them. I would highly recommend this place. Thay are very nice people to deal with. We were actually thanked by a different salesman when we left for stopping in.

The process was fantastic. Jordan met us, asked what we were looking for, walked us to the required locations, and then gave us the time and space to narrow our decisions without feeling like we were being rushed. He took time to explain things, answer questions, show us various fabric options, etc.
Again, he let us have decision-making space so we could be completely comfortable with our final decisions. We came away with exactly what we wanted and are completely satisfied. We're looking forward to having our new furniture delivered in a few weeks.

I recently purchased a new bed here. Mark personally spent a great deal of time with me, answered all of my questions and listened to my needs and expectations. Through the process of elimination, I was able to narrow down my choice to three beds after trying out numerous models in the amazing showroom. Mark took great care in helping find the right bed in the end.

I highly recommend Colony House for any furniture or bedding needs. The store is family owned and operated and it truly is a "no pressure " experience. I paid an extremely fair price for my bed and was able to set up the free delivery and installation appointment quickly for the following week. The personal service and attention was fantastic. The entire staff is very friendly and make you feel extremely welcome in the store.

They have a very large selection of furniture to choose from, and a large choice of fabrics and colors. Jordan was absolutely wonderful. He listened to what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions. He was attentive, but didn't hover over me or pressure me at all. Delivery fees are very reasonable. Shopping there was an enjoyable experience, and I would certainly shop there again.
