The front desk staff and triage nurse are very helpful in making appointments, and prompt in returning calls. They have been consistently efficient and thoughtful in arranging a short notice, urgent office visit and helpful in problem solving some logistical concerns for appointments and testing.
We also have found them to be sincere and considerate in all of our interactions over the past three years.

We have been very satisfied with the care we’ve received from Dr. Glass, whose bedside manner is a bit quiet but he’s plain spoken and speaks directly about the medical situations being addressed. He is also willing to answer questions posed to him. We have had only one interaction with Dr. Robison but also appreciate his enthusiasm, thoughtful and polite bedside manner, personalized interest in each patient, and his willingness to seek the wisdom of his more experienced peers in a case that may have a unique presentation. He seems to be a great addition to this urology practice.

I hate that people only post bad reviews and never good ones but my fiance saw Dr Robison and he did everything he could for Levi with a block from a kidney stone. He was extremely reassuring and took the time to sit down and talk with me after surgery and answer my questions so I could give Levi all the information needed once he was less groggy. Even though it didn't go the way we had hoped for he really gave us piece of mind of knowing exactly why it wasn't like that and what the next steps were going to be and it truly was a blessing so thank you Dr. Robison!

This practice is only in it for the money. In my case, they ALWAYS advise me that my only option is to do both kidneys, at the same time (15 stones total) and two stents needed afterwards. Gr. Glass and Dr. Bahari always run extremely late for surgery. This is a big problem when they schedule your surgery for 3pm and you're not allowed anything after midnight. Leaving me in horrible pain, until he finally got around to my surgery. This happens every time! Then after surgery, both doctors will NOT talk to you on the phone or see you in the office should any problems arise. Their nurse will just tell you to go to the ER.
Everytime Dr. Glass does this surgery, i have more and more complications and excruciating pain. I finally had to involve the CEO of Wellspan to get Dr. Glass to talk to me and pull out the stents sooner. Of course he had some bs reason why he wouldn't get on the phone. After the stents are removed, he tells me that I'll have some discomfort and most likely will not need pain medication ( which I still had plenty). Nope, once again, I'm in excruciating pain. I left a message for the on-call doctor (Behari), who never called back. I then took a chance and called my old urologist in AZ. They were great. Gave me several good options to help alleviate my pain. Dr. Glass never mentioned these to me. I sent a msg to Dr. Glass telling him what I think of him and that I will never return to this office! I'm also filing a complaint against them.
Do yourself a favor and travel to Carlisle or Hagerstown for a Urologist. Anywhere but here.

This office runs hours behind without letting patients know anything. Then all you hear is loud talking and laughing in the hallways from the nursing staff. We were called back the nurse was not clean or dressed professional at all her scrubs were old. She was also told our records were faxed she said our system finds all records so I don’t need to know. The doctor came in and says I need the records we said they were faxed he said we don’t have them and I can’t do anything without them. So our 1 and 1/2 hour was not necessary if the nurse would have done her job and seen if the records were there.

Extremely disappointed ! I had my 1st visit 3 weeks ago sent home in pain and told heres a prescription that might help . After being on the medication for 3 weeks with no relief and calling 3 times to ask for help or a sooner appointment I go to the ER for pain I could no longer deal with and it was shown my kidney was enlarged I called to follow up and I was told to take AZO and wait for my appointment which is a month away . How is this ok ?

Do not go to this office. Very rude people and do NOT care for their patients at all. They put my 93 yr old father in danger by refusing care, even though they were the office that he was under for care. Brought him into their office for possible UTI because of having the cath that they recommended put in 2 years ago. The nurse on the phone said that they would have to check him out first before they did anything. They did not do a test to confirm the UTI however because they had no time to test for it. Then went on to say they did not know if he had a UTI and that treating him with antibiotics would cause more harm .3 weeks later, a visiting nurse called them for us to have have the office call into the local lab to have a test done for an UTI they refused to do so, and said that they refuse to treat him. All they had to do was call into the lab to accept the specimen. And of course these people are very rude to their patients on every level of service you actually might get from them. Again do not go to this office, they just want your money, they do not care for you as a patient at all.
