I have been going to see Dr Morton for over 10 years. Both Dr Morton and Misty have been outstanding in the quality of care and follow up. It is because of this I have been able to control my diabetes and remain healthy. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had a great experience here. Doctor Tiffany was amazing and answered all my questions patiently and order all the testing I need done. Wait time was a little long but overall great experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr Shanker. She was very kind, thorough and knowledgable for our son’s visit. Would highly recommend!

if you can actually get an appointment and are seen in person, the doctors are pretty good, but the receptionists are useless and deflect responsibility when they are supposed to follow up on important matters, even with life-threatening situations. They are very disorganized, scatterbrained, and lazy. If you go here, you have to be your own advocate. Better yet, if you have a serious condition, you should consider finding another medical practice.

The lady at the front desk was very rude, same with the doctor. If your career option is that bad and have to treat people poorly you shouldn’t be in this line of work

It took 4 months to get an initial appointment. The first appointment was useless. I was asked to schedule a test that could have been done before the appointment. There were no insights given. The earliest the follow up appointment could be was 5 months after. About a month from my follow up appointment, I was told that the doctor was no longer with the practice. And that they had no other doctor that could help me. I find this hard to believe as the issue was not unique. And they refused to provide a referral to another doctor.

I’ve said on multiple occasions I don’t know how this place stays in business! Needed a new prescription for Humalog insulin because sometimes as diabetics we take more insulin than what our prescription calls for so I was running low and I didn’t think what I had will last until I’m allowed to pick up more at the pharmacy. Was told they were not going to write a new prescription and to go see my primary care physician because I haven’t seen Tracy Wiley in over a year. Well when you’re already scheduling out six months in advance, and you have to cancel an appointment you are gonna be at a year. Mind you I had an appointment scheduled in march. No we can try to get you in early. No we can try to get you a sample to hold you over. I guess I’ll go crawl in a corner and just die!

Wolfinger saw me for her first time and changed my diagnosis from Type 1 Diabetes to Type 2 Diabetes and cut my insulin doses by more than 50% without even discussing any changes with me.

Apparently Wolfinger is no longer with the practice though, so I wanted to try again and see if maybe the replacement Endocrinologist would be better. The staff informed me that as a patient we’re not allowed to just see if we’re going to like someone or not.

These “Medical Professionals” are something else, I’m telling you. If it was illegal to give poor medical advice/treatment, Wellspan would be in a world of trouble.

Made this appointments months ago. Took off work two hours early (I work in Baltimore) and drove like crazy to make my 3 PM appointment. Saw I was running a little late due to traffic so I called ahead of time to say I was running about 15 minutes late. The receptionist put me on hold for 6 minutes and then came back to say no problem. I arrived at 3:16 and by the time I found the office it was 3:19. Walked and gave my name and receptionist said that it’s 3:19 and the doctor cannot see me. Seriously????? 4 minutes? Ten bucks says if had arrived in time I’d be sitting in the waiting room until 3:30 at best. She said I would need to reschedule and I said ok and began to walk out. She then asked if I wanted to leave my information and I said nope. As I’m walking out she was still saying that she needed my information. You have my info you idiot! Unsure if I should call and complain or just move on to another endo.

Anyways ... I wish I could give this place a zero.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have accompanied my son to many appoints over the past 9 years and met numerous endocrinologists. Today was our first visit to this practice because he can no longer be seen by a pediatric endocrinologist due to his age. I wasn't expecting our appointment to be anything exciting, but certainly did not expect to leave in tears either. We experienced the most negative human being I think I have ever met. I have helped my child maintain a healthy life for the 9 years he has had this terrible disease. We have never had to be hospitalized,never been in DKA, never had to use glucagon, and never had to call 911. None of these accomplishments meant anything to the doctor we saw. But, we sure did hear about everything we did wrong. Does this doctor not understand that many teens go thru these periods where they neglect their health. Telling them flat out " you are going to die" does not encourage anyone to do anything especially not a teenager. This is a very vulnerable time in any teenagers life and dealing with diabetes and a negative doctor just dont mix. We both understand the need for good control of blood glucose and the negative side effects of poor control. I have taken the time to try to learn everything I could to provide the best care for my son including taking continuing education classes on diabetes control and on student rights,resources , and responsibilities. We will never go back to this practice again!

Type one diabetics need insulin to survive. It is common practice here to use verbal abuse and threats to tell them how to operate or they will be “institutionalized” or simply put, die. It is unprofessional and miserable to visit. Today we were told that next available appt was in October and the Novalog prescription expired last week. I asked if they would refill, they said no because they haven’t seen BS logs. So the only option is to have dangerously high BS and end up in the ER to save your life. They think it’s a game in this country to deny insulin and it is disgusting on how they treat type 1 diabetics.

I wish I could give a zero … was no help at all and certainly new nothing about my condition.

I have been referred to them on 8\4 it is now 21 days later and still no call or apps I have called twice still nothing
