I have had my appliances serviced by them since installation. Always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Stopped in yesterday to have an ice maker part ordered abd they were able to find even though I write model number down incorrectly.

Will never buy anywhere else! My Fridge quit the day before Thanksgiving, and the new one was installed at 7:30 that evening. Same experience this year with a dryer--same day delivery. They are exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. They go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience.

Big box store had “over a hundred” of the appliance I was looking for in their warehouse but couldn’t get it to the store for at least 10 days. Springview had it in stock, and for the same price. Wasn’t the first time this has happened. Springview will be the first place I check for any future appliance needs. Great, friendly service.

Just simply walking into their store you get the feeling that your family and you're going to be taken care of. There's something to be said about local small businesses that give you that Hometown feeling and service.. I recommend you visit them for all your appliance and mattress needs...

This company will go above and beyond to take care of their customer. Even though it was Maytag's mistake and they would not make it right, Spring View did the right thing.

Love love love this store. We bought out refrigerator here. Ours died and they even offered to give us a loaner if we had picked one that we would have to wait for. Who does that? We had it delivered free the next morning. WHAT SERVICE. GREAT PEOPLE!

Spring View is the place to go!!! I purchased all of my kitchen appliances there and am very pleased with them all! Now i am getting ready to purchase a new washer and dryer....and hopefully the World's best mattress/base from them also!! Spent 40 minutes testing it out!!!! Come check them out!!!!

Twilah was so helpful in locating and procuring the 3 appliances we needed and arranged delivery on the day we needed them. No other store, local or big-box, was able to help us get our specific items in time, which is understandable during Covid. So, we were especially grateful for Twilah coming through for us! The two gentleman who did the delivery and install were fantastic, too. They got our washer/dryer set up in a VERY tight space and were helpful, efficient, polite, and professional. Nice people, good prices. I happened to find a matching used dryer for my washer there. And you won't find another appliance store with an African gray parrot!
