Horn & Co Appraisals

Horn and Company completed two appraisals for me. The appraisals were completed in a timely manner, were professionally produced and the values were reflective of the current, local market conditions. I was very satisfied with the service, the professionalism of their staff and their overall performance.

I called to inquire about a home appraisal and the receptionist was rude and pushy. She seemed annoyed to have to answer the phone and if she would have let me speak I would have told her that her 3 week lead time was fine. Needless to say they have lost my business. Luckily my relocation company provides a list of 5 in the area.
