I absolutely love the staff and nurses here. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Michael Cashdollar is a wonderful doctor, he takes his time and doesn’t rush out of room. He makes sure that you are taken care of and that he answers all of your questions. Would highly recommend him and I did to my own mother and she sees him now.

Dr. McAlexander is my hero. She fixed my feet. I had multifaceted problems with my feet and she came up with a comprehensive plan to remedy every single one of my problems. She gave me great advice as to how to keep my feet healthy and happy. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Katherine is the best around. She is professional, caring, and highly intelligent. She listens to you and she is what you expect when you see anyone with the title Dr. Front office staff is friendly and personable. Always kind and attentive. Great place.

I would give them more stars if I could! The receptionist was so nice! I saw Katie Cashdollar. She was very professional and very nice. She took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. She thoroughly explained everything and went over recommendations. I will definitely be going back here again.

I recommend this place for foot care as they helped me with my feet problems the service is nice the doctors actually care about you so definitely would recommend this place if your feet hurts

I am very happy with this office. They know what they are doing(all doctors) They were wonderful with my husband with his toe infection. Dr Holloway was on target with everything. All of the Drs . Are very concerned about everyone’s health.What a excellent group of Drs we have in Chambersburg.

There was a scheduling problem, so I called and the staff was very helpful with the problem. Kat was so nice to deal with the problem.

I had a great experience with Summit Podiatry. I will be going back to this location the next time I need podiatric care.

They do a very good,very swift job.I highly recommend.

Edited to update that the office manager (Stephanie) did call me back and was very apologetic and kind. She listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly and then helped me get a new apt scheduled. I will update this review again after my next apt. I'm very pleased and appreciative of how Stephanie handled the way that receptionist treated me. Here's to hoping my next visit will go much more smoothly!

Should have read the reviews before even scheduling an apt with this place. Waited 2 months for my apt only to show up early the day of my appointment and be told that it was cancelled because the dr had a scheduling conflict. This office NEVER even called me or left a message to let me know it was cancelled. Was then told the next available apt would be in September (5 months out). The receptionist did offer for me to see a different provider in Greencastle, but that apt would also be 2 more months out. After I rescheduled my apt, the receptionist gave me a card, but when I went home, she wrote the wrong provider's name on my card. I got on the portal to double check who I was scheduled with and saw a sooner apt for a new patient and scheduled that apt. I was then called by the same receptionist that talked to me that morning and told I could not schedule that apt because it wasn't a "new patient" apt... even though in the portal it is showing as a new patient apt. The receptionist was VERY condescending, rude and unprofessional. I couldn't even talk without her talking over me so my exact words were, "Please do not cancel my appointment. You are being very unprofessional and rude so I am hanging up now." After I hung up, this receptionist felt is was ok to LIE on my medical records and state that I was screaming and shouting at her and then hung up. I was actually in a public business with my family when I took the call and even the people in the business could not believe the way this receptionist was talking to me and vouge that I NEVER screamed or shouted at this lady.

Long story short, I HIGHLY recommend finding a different podiatry office because the front desk receptionist doesn't seem to know what she is doing and they think it is ok to downright LIE on people's medical records.

This place is an absolute joke. So I scheduled my first appointment which took a month to get into. They called me two days prior and said they had to reschedule. Ok thinks happen. They could reschedule me another month later on 9/30/21. Well they called me today saying that their doc wasn’t available and they have to reschedule. Completely unacceptable! I’ve had two appointments scheduled with them and still haven’t actually been able to be seen because they keep cancelling the appointments.

Made 2 appointments and both were cancelled.

Receptionist were friendly however nurse that took my vitals and saw me was another story. While waiting in the room to be seen I over heard her in the hallway saying my toes cramp and laugh. Pretty much saying I should not be there. Not at all how I described the pain I get in my large toe that's crippling. Canceling my next appointment. Not worth going to, to be told how I feel. Very unprofessional.

husband was fifteen minutes late for an appt. due to an accident on route 30 and was told he would have to reschedule . it would put a burden on the ''doctor'' to see him for the four to five minutes it takes to treat him (trim nails , shave a callous) and put a burden on other patients who ''might'' have to wait for those four or five minutes. how many times have other patients had to ''wait'' , ''past'' their scheduled appt. times without a reasonable explanation ?? (actually the time to treat my husband could be closer to two minutes since everything needed is laid out and ready for the ''doctor'')

I've went here multiple times. Two of the times I went to get a permanent ingrown toenail surgery. The first time was a complete fail, so they grew back. The second time was the same exact situation. I went back to get a third permanent ingrown toenail surgery, and the communication was muddled to the point where I was half way through my surgery, and i finally found out that it wasn't for a permanent ingrown toenail surgery. After finding this out, i wanted to change the surgery (to change the surgey, all he would have to do is put an "acid" where the severed nail was). The docter then refused to do so. Also, the docter kept leaving the room for 10mins+.
Overall, the way this establishment is handled is unacceptable and I would highly recommend you not to go here.

I would not recommend this place. I broke my big toe. Instead of going to the orthopedic doctors I went here. The hassle that I have had to deal with is not worth the time and energy anymore. I was not told the truth about the follow up appointment. The office charged my insurance company for an office visit even though it was a follow up. If I had went to ortho, I would not have been charged this. The receptionists are not friendly people. If you have a broken bone in your foot, DO NOT go here!

Apt was at 9 am. Well here we go again. It is now 926 and sitting in a packed waiting room. This place is a joke but hopefully this will be our last visit. I will be seeking medical treatment in the penn state network for any further issues. It is now 931 an I'm still typing in the waiting room. Looks like another waste of a good morning once again
