CVS

I stopped at this Wayne Ave CVS around 4pm this afternoon and asked the store manager about a product I was looking for. He checked the inventory and said there were none on the shelf but he would check in the back. There were none there so he called the other CVS...no answer. He checked again and said there were supposed to be some wrapped in a pallet and he would look for it if I wanted to come back. I returned shortly thereafter and he had located them and had it on the floor. Now that is customer service!!!
I wish I could remember his name.

All the employees, in the Pharmacy and the front of the store are always so friendly and helpful. This is the CVS closest to my home; I get all of my prescriptions here. The rest of the store also has many useful items. I really enjoy shopping here.

I want to shout out the pharmacy staff at CVS on Wayne Avenue. You guys are awesome!!!!! And generally speaking, I really like the staff at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. CVS is one of my favorite places to shop.

Need a prescription with in 15 minutes. They had it filled right away . We Can never complain about this cvs pharmacy. Thank you cvs.

Has what you need in handy location with friendly staff always willing to help. Quick easy checkout, or self checkout is available. Great place for meds and vaccines when needed.

Finally found a pharmacy here in town that works for me. I went through Rite Aid and Walgreens first, unfortunately. The workers at this CVS are always very busy, but are still kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is that it took 7 days for them to fill my medicine (they said it's due to being overstaffed, which is understandable). I had to call in and have them elevate it, since I really needed my meds and could no longer wait. I'm thankful that the gentleman I spoke with was able to put a rush on that for me.

Pros: Good merchandise, good staffing that builds rapport. Easy parking in parking lot.
Cons: Expensive even with coupons, limited and or small quantity amount of products.
Difficult entrance and exit during rush periods.
