I really like Dr Davidson, he is friendly and he takes the time to listen to you and he explains things so you understand what needs to be done. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful 😃

Dr Davidson is an exceptional doctor! When four different doctors misdiagnosed and treated me incorrectly over a 6+ week period, Dr Davidson had me on the mend within days. He listens! Plus he was amazing with my children, even making balloon animals.
His PA is just as kind and really heard me. She even called and discussed treatment options when I was ill.
I highly recommend Summit ENT

0n 27 July 2020 I had an appointment with Dr Dunklebarger, MD, and was so very pleased with the staff and Dr Dunklebarger for the care, concern, and great attitude toward me as a patient. I have been to Dr Dunklebarger for previous care and he was always professional, pleasant and caring. Each appointment was made as pleasant as any doctor appointment could be and I highly recommend this group to anyone requiring ENT service. I went to urgent care on a Saturday with painful ear I was told the problem was compacted wax pain increased I called Summit ENT on Sunday dr. Called me back within 15 minutes he told me to call in the morning for appointment. I called as soon as they opened got appointment for 10:10am I barely got the paperwork finished I was called back on time. My ear was checked by Kyrene Zack PA-C and she dianosed that i had swimmers ear was put on oral and antibiotic drops. Seven days later ear feels great and can wear my hearing aid with no pain I have no complaints and would recommend Summit ENT sevices.

Dr.D is amazing he did my son's tubes years ago, went back to him last week for my son's constant sore throat and snoring he was so kind and understanding when scoping my son! Great dr great practice

Always a good experience from staff in the front to the techs, nurses, and doctors in the back! They are willing to go over options and not just try to jam prescriptions down your throat.

Doctor Dunklebarger and the staff were amazing from the beginning to the end ! I haven’t been able to breathe this good in years ! Thank you for all that you did and I would recommend you to anyone anytime :) God bless you all !

Dr. Davidson is willing to listen, and even when he felt a treatment (placing a tube in my ear) was unnecessary, he agreed to it when I specifically asked. I had been to two other ENTs and got absolutely no help. Dr. Davidson was the first who was willing to listen, answer my questions, and seek a solution. He's a keeper.

The staff here are so friendly & helpful. It's also easy to get around in a wheelchair here.

Wonderful doctors, really helped my son!

It's about as on par as *some* WellSpan places at least in Chambersburg, the reception and doctors are friendly and kind, but the medical advice and treatment provided is lousy and not much effort is put into diagnosing. Wait times to see appointments here are very long too even if you have been here once before. I am still dealing with ear crackling, dizziness, popping issues for months and the answer was to chalk it up to Anxiety. I wouldn't want to say to avoid this place, but I'd say get a second opinion if you feel they aren't listening to your concerns.

Only a few WellSpan places are actually decent. One notably is the WellSpan Plastic Surgery & Skin Care centre.

My son sees dr Davidson and we love him! But trying to get through the phone lines or a call back is ridiculous. I was on hold for 16 minutes just to have a nurse call me back on the other line, not good practice in my book.

This doctor's office is possibly the worst I've ever encountered. On the day of my surgery, multiple nurses at the hospital mentioned that they had never seen Doctor D rush so much. After being sent home post-surgery, I experienced significant bleeding for the next three days but was unable to get in touch with the office. The office staff showed no concern in relaying my messages or assisting me. Despite responding a few times via message, they displayed no concern or offered any help. During my follow-up appointment a week later, I overheard the doctor and several staff gossiping loudly about another patient for over 10 minutes while I waited in the exam room. The office has rescheduled my follow-up appointment twice now, citing the doctor's busy schedule, with appointments months out.
After my last follow up, I will NEVER return to this office and I do not recommend them at all.

Calls me the week before my appointment to tell me they’d have to reschedule this appointment 4 months later because I need something else prior to my appointment. I’ve had this appointment for months and you call me now AND then the lady was rude as all hell. Wellspan really is garbage these days…let’s schedule you out for ear pain that you have been having so you can wait in pain 4 more months because we are inadequate and can’t call people when they make the appointment to let them know they need something prior. Cool. Wish I could get negative 15 stars.

The absolute worst Dr office I've ever been to! Had to wait 4 months to get a simple procedure done. Front office staff seems lazy and acts like that don't care at all!! Over all a bad experience!!
