T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Went in to open my own phone plan and get a brand new phone, The customer service representative Jayden ran me through the process. He made the process very painless & most definitely helps keep up the store’s friendly environment ! Even helped with some deals 10/10 Recommend his help when at the store.

I live in an area where it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get any kind of internet service. I was told by some locals that they tried T-Mobile and it actually worked, although on the website it says they do not service the area. I went into the store and explained the situation to Emilee. She explained in depth how the service would work, explained the billing process, and was overall incredibly helpful. I have dealt with Emilee every time I have been into the store and she is always as helpful as she possibly can be. Overall, McConnellsburg has a great team working for them.

I was paying way to much for Verizon service for years, but I was afraid to switch with the cost and hassle. We walked in and spoke to Jayden and he was so helpful! Not only did he walk us through all the options, to make sure there were no cost surprises, he got us set up with 3 new iPhones, transferred everything quickly, and we even have home internet now for way less then we were paying (without home internet) through Verizon! He made sure to tell me if there’s any problem at all, feel free to call and he’ll get it worked out! Such a nice, helpful young man and saving me money! A+

I found my new spot. Was in this store like 6 months ago. I swear the last time I went here I think I got the new guy lol. It was like he had to ask someone else every time I gave him a question. Not shure what changed but this time I talked to a new face again and this guy was pretty cool. He knew his stuff as if he had been here for years and was still helping other employees while we talked about my phone issue. He even lowered my bill and I didn’t even have to buy anything. Cool store. Thanks Adam, or Alex cant remember…sorry I know it starts with an “A” lol

I am so HAPPY! I went in to upgrade my personal hotspot because I live near Harrisonville and they told me, that the T-Mobile WiFi was available in my area! I jumped on that chance asap as I cannot stand Century Link, which is now Brightspeed. Thank you for helping my son and I! He loves the new Apple Watch he got for Christmas! Emilee was so helpful!

Went in to see about internet. Emilee explained everything to us. We called because we had an issue, she asked us a few questions and the problem was solved in minutes! We have several devices connected to the internet with no problems. AND we’re saving $100 a month using T-Mobile instead of AllData.

LOVE THESE GUYS! I work in McConnellsburg and have been going to this location the last 2 years. Jaden and Liam waited on my this last visit. Answered all my questions, and made me feel unrushed.
I’ll be taking my sister with me next week to get her switched over from Verizon.

I went there because my other carrier was charging me outrageous prices. Jayden hooked me up with some great new phones and a plan that gave me everything I had with my old carrier for less than half the price! Definitely highly recommended!

I have found the McConnellsburg T Mobile location to be very helpful to help customers. They answered all of my questions and helped me to switch from Verizon to T Mobile, saving me a lot of money. They offer an excellent product.
