Sarah was a great help to us. She went above and beyond helping us complete the transfer of the title. When the dealership hadn’t provided all necessary materials she was patience and allowed us to call to get the necessary things without any annoyance. Made what could have been a difficult process go smoothly and quickly. Thanks Sarah!!

Totally professional office with friendly staff-it is the ONLY place to go in Franklin County for top notch service. We carefully read what documents were needed and even called to verify about reading the VIN number - so we were in and out quickly. Great experience.

I've never had an issue with the team at Sollenberger's. The ladies who work there are professional and know the appropriate policies and regulations. If not, they'll pull in a co-worker without hesitation to get the job done right the first time. If they can't legally help you, they will tell you what specific actions you may need to do before they CAN help you (<-- that's key; not everyplace will break it down in layman's terms... plain English, no kidding facts). Only once was I frustrated, but that was misguided. "Don't kill the messenger," moment, when I should have redirected my frustration towards PennDOT, not the folks at Sollenberger's who were kind enough to interpret the letter I received. Great, knowledgeable staff here. Very reasonable rates for their services.

The staff is really kind and helpful. I went after work to get a duplicate copy of the title to my car, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the attendant made the process!

After having issues with a notary in Greencastle (next to a coffee roster) I used Sollenberger's and was amazed at the difference in customer service. The staff were quick and friendly. In and out in just a few minutes. Will use Sollenberger's again!
