Very comfortable and clean. Great service and price

This was my first time taking our dog to a pet friendly hotel. Since the rooms are pet-friendly I hoped that there wouldn't be any odor from previous pets. I was pleasantly surprised - the room was clean and smelled fresh. The rest of the hotel did not disappoint. Good breakfast. friendly service. excellent stay!

I forgot to get room photos, but the room (right down to trash cans) was neat and clean. The bathroom was clean, right down to the little cirners where walls meet tub & walls meet floor. Since we now travel with pups, I was also happy the pet friendly room did not smell like animals.
The girl at the front desk for check-in was friendly and helpful. Very welcome, after a full day of driving.
As we are new to traveling with pups, I was also impressed that they provide a station with waste disposal bags and a special trash receptacle for said bags once used. Maybe this is common - but as I said, we're new to pet travel.
There was not a wheelchair accessible room available that was pet friendly, so we asked for a 1st floor room. Even though technically not ADA, there was plenty of room for our daughter's wheelchair. I also appreciate that the beds are taller - much easier when lifting & caring for my daughter.
The breakfast area was well kept, and most of the food was delicious. I did note that even at 6:15am the eggs looked like they had been sitting for an hour, and were dark on top. That being said, when a fresh batch was brought out, they were delicious.
The only part of this stay that was not quite up to par was the night clerk. She was nice enough, but when no one was near she was on her cell phone on an obviously personal call, and a few times let out some language (mostly b... sh..). She would set the phone down when a guest came near, and resume conversation when the guest left (I overheard because I was reading, and she probably forgot I was there).
As for location, it is right off the highway. Super convenient.
We will definitely stay here again, as we travel along 81 2 or 3 times a year.

I second another review. Great staff, clean rooms, very good breakfast. I add, very comfortable bed and pillows temperature of the room and water perfect! Absolutely nothing to complain about! AND at a very good rate!!! I honestly don't understand any of the lower rate reviews. Thank you very much comfort inn!

The staff is absolutely excellent, especially the Front Desk workers, Cassandra and Swarup. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond during my stay making it a great experience. The rooms were clean and a decent size. Definitely recommend.

Stay here frequently. The whole staff is friendly and I always get the royal welcome. My first time there Nicholas checked me in and took care of any extras I needed. Great management skills. Never been to a hotel that is so clean, friendly and always willing to help with any needs that crop up. The cost is amazing. No complaints. Thanks everyone!!!

Check in was fast, the room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel was ver quiet overnight. This hotel is a great value and the buffet breakfast was terrific with eggs, sausage and waffles!

Nice clean place. Comfortable beds and great shower. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choices!! No one should go away hungry from that!

After hours driving through a storm, and 4+ hours to go, we decided to call it a night. After a Google search, we found this Comfort Inn, with a 4☆ rating. We booked while driving, and they even took our dog. I usually book ahead, after some research, so was nervous. I am happy to say we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very courteous, and got us quickly checked in. The hotel seemed recently renovated, and was clean. We were happy that our room looked and felt clean. Which made for a relaxing stay, albeit brief.

Rooms are nice sized. Clean. Well equipped. Staff is friendly, breakfast was full of options. They have frozen foods available at the front desk if you want to snack in. Its great and the price is terrific. If they keep this up, this will be a wonderful place to stay

We stayed one night on our way to visit family. The young man checked us in very efficiently and he was extremely nice and very helpful. He told us several places we could get a bite to eat. The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, very fresh and a variety of options. We'll add this one to our list of places to stay.

Its JANUARY 30, we have been here long term, since December, due to recieving medical treatment in this area and we will be here another 16 weeks. The staff is incredibly nice, welcoming and understanding. Its quiet. We had been in two other hotels prior to this and they do not compare in terms of price, staff and accommodations. They even have separate parking for long haul trailers so they don't clog up the parking lot. Close to restaurants and grocery, but not surrounded by them, which is what I was looking for. Easy access to the highway. I can't reiterate enough how the staff has helped us. Thank you Chambersburg Comfort Inn.

Very clean and super nice. Pulled in late at night and was helped promptly. Best of all they allow pets. But you'd never tell by the rooms. No messes and didn't smell of animals or smoke

This was the 3rd time I've stayed there as it's about halfway from my trips from NC to the Northeast on vacation. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and the price is right.

I took this trip to visit family and the stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were professional and extremely polite. The environment was super comfortable, like a home away from home. I would definitely come back to this specific location, where I know I will be taken care of.

My family spent two nights here and we were comfortable which is exactly what we needed for a family that evacuated because of a hurricane. My son who is Autistic was able to leave out of the room and sit on the couch in the main lobby and watch tv comfortably (No akward staring). The staff was extremely nice and helpful.We didnt feel cramped at all. The dogs had plenty of space to walk outdoors. My daughters loves watching the cows out back graze and migrate across the farm. We were the first room by the lobby but we didnt hear a peep! Breakfast was great and everything we needed was conveniently located. We really didn't want to leave. Thank you Comfort Inn! Close to shopping areas food and the highway is right there. Best people I have ever dealt with. The place in the lobby can get a little loud but can't hear it in your room.
