Dunkin'

We were looking for French Cruller and stopped by a few DDs. No one had it! The store manager, Luke, offered us to check the freezer and just cooked it! Fabulous service! Kudos to Luke!

On Tap is amazeballs....Every time Dickson City Main Ave is amazing always! Clarks summit location is hit or miss, and scr carb hwy is the saddest of all my local Dunkin runs!

Everyone here is so friendly. They also get your order done really fast. There may be a line but it goes quickly

They were so busy but still very quick and efficient. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Multiple staff members helped but Yalitza personally helped me with my coffee. I'm unsure if it was the machine or a bad batch but she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of with a fresh coffee. Thank you !

Is there a BAD Dunkin? I've only ever had a problem at one (server had a nasty attitude), but that one is near Harrisburg.

I found the customer service to be very friendly and welcoming. The coffee was on point as well. Very happy with my visit.

This is my favorite Dunkin why u ask because when I order my ice coffee the way I want it with Xtra shots of expreso in it, that's what they do not once have I had an issue, I have other Dunkin at other locations cheat me out of what I payed for because it takes a Xtra minute to cool the Expresso shots, for the ice coffee , thànkyou Dunkin' I luv ya

Rating a 5 purely because of their employee Andy. Every other drive thru is the same with miserable staff, sounding frustrated to even take your order, Andy makes it a point to sound enthusiastic and give you the best customer service.

I never had a problem here. It blows Clark's Summit Dunkin away. Everyone is so kind and the food and drinks look even better than the photos. Can't say that about the summit one, that messes up every single order ever, and curse out their customers.

Fast great stuff and make you feel better that someone listens to what I want and greats it dead right. Andy the server is a a+ employee. Hands down

I know this Dunks has gotten slammed in the last week because the Starbucks across the street had to close temporarily. Even with that the staff here is so nice to everyone and I give them major kudos for taking it in stride and keeping a great attitude. They don't get paid nearly enough to deal with what I am sure is way too many grumpy people. Whoever owns this location should be proud!!

And if you are a customer and you are reading this, please be patient, compassionate and kind to this staff and the staff of *any* food service establishment. You don't always know what we are dealing with in trying to serve you.

I love Dunkin. Great location, super fast service, always cheerful, upbeat and friendly staff. Everything is always hot and fresh, or iced and delicious 😋 It tends to get really busy at certain times of the day, but totally worth the weight.

This location is more friendly to loungers than most. I like it when I need to meet a business associate or friend and have a discussion without a lot of noise or foot traffic around the table. Of course, the Dunkin decaf coffee is probably the best no matter where you get it and I like their croissants (though today's was a bit on the stale side and they probably should have baked more for the rack). The coffee cake muffins are also a decadent treat when I lose my self control. Nice staff. Fast service.

This Dunkin is often busy not because of it's location, but because it's consistently good. Always fresh coffee and iced tea.
