Papa Johns Pizza

Went to get a pizza, two drinks, and some calzone bites. Now papa John’s is a pretty spendy pizza place, but I love it. I asked for square cut pizza (cuz there was the option), and they messed up (just the cut) on the pizza, so they ended up making another one to get it right. These guys are always on top of the game and i was able to leave with an extra pizza! Nobody does it better than papa John’s.

Good food, got a discout of 20% just for calling ahead, and picking it up myself. Ive also had a time when they messed up one of my pizzas in a 3 pie order, and they gave me the whole order again free whenever I order next time. Great service.

By far the best customer service in the valley. Their pizza is always loaded with toppings and cooked to perfection and the only thing better than that is the price. Three large pizza's, cheesy bread, garlic knots, and a 10 dollar tip delivered for $53.00.

I got so used to pizza hut and domino's, I actually forgot we had other pizza place options. It's been so long since we had Papa John's, I swear I was still little, that I was excited to have it again! No lie, glad we took advantage of the deals going on because money can be tight these days. 10/10 will order again ❤

Wow Im so impressed with the staff here! So polite and apologetic that we had to wait for a pizza when we were walk-ins. The girl with a tattoo (didn't catch her name) was very busy running the place essentially by herself but still found the time to be friendly and positive! The guy doing deliveries was awesome also! Our pizzas and bread sticks were delicious ! Overall very happy I decided to try papa papa johns again :)

One of the best papa johns ive encountered. Im a truck driver and waiting on the paper plant to load my trailer at the stinker. Nice treat to find a good pizza delivery out on the road. A+

An absolutely phenomenal experience. Sam did an amazing job with my order and the customer service in general was absolutely fantastic. I have not had a pizza experience comparable to this since I first tasted the stuff when I was 3 years old. Everything was amazing, the customer service was great, the delivery time was short, and the pizza was still hot. The flavor of the sauce was enough to surpass every pizza place such as Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Southway, you name it. They have completely blew every pizza place in Lewiston out of the water with their phenomenal customer service and great tasting pizza. Won't go anywhere else for pizza from now on. 5 Stars, 10 out of 10.

Was very impressed with not only the quality of the food but the customer service is amazing. The delivery drivers are always friendly and what the main reason why I am updating this review is the manager personally called to let us know they had made a mistake on our order and they fixed it and that they would be a little late. I missed the call but got a text message to. They made the pizza the wrong size, let us keep the mess up and remade the pizza. Justin was who he introduced himself as the manager. Thank you Papa Johns crew in Lewiston ID for your exceptional work!

So, I didn't actually eat here this time. I picked up an order for DoorDash. But the staff at Papa John's are very friendly and the service is top-notch!!!

Sam and his crew have turned Papa John's around. After some bad run-ins with other local pizza places I will not go any where else! I know if I ever have a issue the whole crew will fix it with out being rude or acting like it's a huge inconvenience for then, it's very very refreshing compared to other places to eat here in the valley. Thank you Sam, Joey and the whole crew for being our go to and not disappointing.

Always amazing hot pizza, delivered quicker then estimated time given. The cute delivery guy Joey Benson is always cheerful and always asks how's my day goin. Unlike other pizza places they just take money and give half cold pizza over. You guys all rock!

I will only order from Papa Johns! The new manager is fantastic! I had an issue with an order and it was fixed almost immediately. Thank you Sam, I will continue to be a loyal customer! And Thank you to my delivery driver Conner. I appreciate you kid😉

Great staff and great pizza. Food is always consistent and I really appreciate the care that Sam, the manager brings to his customers. You can tell the staff is well trained.

I love Papa John's. Their thin crust vegie pizza is one of my favorites and one of the best in town. They're delivery is faster than anyone else and I am never dissatisfied, ever!

The gentleman that helped me was absolutely incredibly! Nice, polite, talkative, ect!! I feel horrible because I didn't catch his name but he was awesome!! I go there every Monday and there's 2 employees as well that r AWESOME!! I appreciated the great and prompt service and they even call me by name which is appreciated!!!!

These guys are AWESOME! My daughter wanted a nice note on her pizza so they did! It said "Do you wanna hear a joke? Never mind, it's too cheesy... lovin the awesomeness keep it going guys and hugs to Ice Scream lol
