These guys are the best! Donny really helped is in a bind.
We’ve been trying to reach them for more help but haven’t heard back. Hoping they are still in business. They are the best plumber’s we’ve ever had!

Donny and his crew have helped me on many situations both at work and at my home. I have always been impressed with the hard work that his team puts in, not to mention the fact that we have often needed them to do work during off hours to accommodate our residents and patients at the long-term care center and hospital. I know that Donny is often pulled in many directions due to the few options for plumbing repair we have in the community, but he always tries to help as quickly as possible. He and his crew are hard working, and their prices are very reasonable. Having lived in three large cities over the past 20 years, I am blown away by the responsiveness and low pricing these guys always provide. Five stars from me for sure. You guys are life savers.

We live out of state and were in need of some work being done on our sewer line before winter hit. We were worried about getting it taken care of with us not being in the area, but we were in great hands with Donny. He was awesome to work with and did a professional job. Thanks again Donny!

We called this company last night around 10:30pm. We bought a home in Samaria that is our “part time” home, June of this year. We made it to our property yesterday only to find one of our pipes froze and ended up leaking. We had to turn off all of our water to the home. We had no idea who was very reputable In the area, so we called the first name to pop up. He was honest with his communication with us about whether he’d be able to get us or not. He did end up coming to our home within the hour and fixed it in a few minutes. His prices were way below fair, so we made sure to compensate him for above his fair price. We were way appreciative of him getting to us when he did. “Take care of the people that take care if you.”

They were awesome to work with and extremely fair with their price. My house drain was completely blocked. They had all the right equipment to get the job done right. My drain is now completely cleared, like new. I wound recommend them to anyone!

Septic tank was full and sewage leaking in the basement! A disaster! Donny came and fixed it for a fair price. Did an awesome job!! Everything back to normal in no time!!

Gareth did a hell of a job on my water heaters. I thank him and the price was right. He was fast and efficient.

Update: I have heard that Donny is not doing work on homes, mainly businesses, it would be nice if he simply communicated that.
I also found a plumber in Tremonton, his prices are more than reasonable, he is pleasant, courteous, answers his phone, answers messages and is committed to getting the job done. He also informed me that my previous plumber (Donny, Malad Plumbing Repair) had never truly addressed the issue, they did bare minimum. It was disappointing but also enlightening to learn that i have paid them hundreds of dollars to fix same problem over and over and over again, now my issue is fixed for real and it was as cheap as them for sure however with how much time the plumber spent working Malad Plumbing would have charged way more.
While it was unpleasant to deal with Donny, i now have not only one plumber who i want to call back when needed. I found many who went above and beyond in their customer service, which i really appreciate. I hope this helps anyone looking for a plumber, i would suggest looking elsewhere.

I would give a zero if it was possible. Donny has a completely bad attitude. I made an effort to get someone on the phone over 10 times, there was no response to my phone calls, i could not get anyone on the phone and when i finally did i was received with extreme disrespect. I will never be using his services again, until this experience i had a relatively good experience with the service. It has always been difficult to get anyone on the phone or to my home. I have always paid for his services and been patient in trying to get him here in the first place. Considering that he is providing a service that i am paying for he is behaving in a completely disrespectful manner to his clients, i will never recommend his service to anyone and i will also be writing reviews with this information anywhere i can. I am a completely dissappointed client and cannot believe he treated me as he did. Not impressive. This is also after i have waited over a week and a half to get my main line unclogged and have septic water backing up into my basement. I have heard from many others in Malad that they have the same issues with Donny and have also heard from other plumbers that many people have an extremely difficult time getting him to provide them services. He does not answer his phone and he also does not respond to messages. And apparently he also responds with disrespect, cursing, and an attitude that he is the only plumber in town so good luck finding another one and accepting their prices. It will be worth paying a little extra as the service i found treated me with respect, responded quickly, and is providing me service the day after my first call to them! Not only were they respectful they were CHEERFUL AND KIND! Donny needs to learn, I hope another plumber comes to town so he will find himself needing to get a better attitude.

Contacted Donny to do work on a clients home in Malad, Idaho. He said he would get to it right away then call me for an update and payment, that I did not need to give him anything over the phone. Well it's now 4 days since that call and 0 services performed and 0 calls back and 0 updates. Meanwhile, client continues with drainage problems. So frustrating and not professional. Anyone have a referral, I don't know the area very well.
