I had a haircut scheduled with him a while ago, but I ended up cancelling an hour before because of a change in my schedule. The moment I texted him the situation, the cancellation fee was removed, and a new appointment was made. Friendly and professional. Thanks Tyler, Will be back again.

Great place for a haircut in Moscow. Appointment only. It's a really cool space and parking is super easy. You can't go wrong here.

We’ve been burned by many of the quick cut places so we made an appointment at Old Town. I used the website to schedule in advance, it was pretty straight forward. This barber is pretty popular so I knew it would be unlikely to get a walk in. We received automated text reminders of our appointment time which I appreciated. The shop was very clean and comfortable. Most importantly, my son loved his haircut. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to this barbershop for about 3 years. Barber Ty has hit the mark every time. In terms of service and hospitality, quality has been consistently great! I recommend booking an appointment online at least 1 week in advance. Availability can be scarce depending on the time of the year; that being said, this reflects his popularity within the community. This fantastic establishment presents itself with a clean and rustic look without the stuffiness of a high-end salon. Very approachable with great work.

I brought my son in this morning for a trim/cleanup. Tyler did a fantastic job! This modest shop has a contemporary, rugged ambiance. It is clean, well lit and comfortable. Friendly and stylish, Old Town Barber Co. is a great addition to downtown Moscow.

If you need a good haircut. Down to earth location. This barber is great! Also his interior design is something you'll want to steal, old fashioned wood meets Edison bulbs up to modern motif. Highly recommend.

I travel all over the country for work. I've had my hair cut at just about everything kind of local barber shop you can imagine. I am usually underwhelmed by the haircuts I receive. I feel that no one really understands what I want. That was not true with this shop. He knew exactly what I wanted, and delivered perfectly. It's like he read my mind. I will definitely be saving my next haircut for next time I'm working in Moscow again. Thanks for the exceptional job!!

The best barber in town. What a great experience.

Alright, I rarely ever write reviews but this is easily the best haircut I’ve ever received. You can really tell that there is care and time dedicated to the craft. Getting a haircut has always been something that I dread doing due to the fact that I knew I wasn’t going to be happy but I am genuinely excited to get haircuts now. And as a bonus I got an amazing Christmas music playlist out of it. Thank you Ty ! (:

One of the best haircuts I have had in a while! The place was very clean, organized, and welcoming. Tyler was super helpful with taking my input as well as giving me suggestions back. Overall an amazing experience :)

Had my cut done today and I love it. Tyler, the owner, has worked on my hair since before the shop was open and he has always done great work! His prices are very reasonable, on par with the least costly alternatives in town, but the quality of his work is superior in every way. I am not an expert on male aesthetics, so I usually ask Tyler to do a style of his choosing and he never disappoints. I received more compliments on the first haircut he gave me than any change I have made to my appearance...ever. In addition to all this, whenever I have a question about how to maintain the new look on a daily basis, he is a wealth of knowledge on what to use and how to use it.

The barbershop itself has a very classy look with an interior design that beautifully compliments the charm of downtown Moscow. Very conveniently located for most of the working population of Moscow, though, I would go to Tyler even if he were not so close.

Five stars, because ten isn't an option! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won't regret it!

So I've known Tyler for quite a while, but I have to leave an unbiased review based on my experience. I have very coarse and thick hair, and it has been a nightmare for people giving me haircuts to even attempt to do correctly. I have two stubborn calyx on the back of my head that make things very difficult. Tyler is very meticulous about his work, and it shows in the end result. If you can dream it, and a barber is able to do it, then you can make that happen with Tyler. His prices are incredible for the quality that's given. The thing that really sets off the whole experience is the shop atmosphere itself. I've walked into some barber shops and you know it's kind of grungy? And somehow that's supposed to be a part of the experience? I really don't enjoy that because I want my environment to be clean, and that gives me more confidence that the tools and instruments that the barber is using is clean. The atmosphere inside is very laid back, but professional. It has sort of a modern feel with some of that, for lack of a better term, old barber shop feel. I have been going to hair stylist s for years because no one has been able to cut my hair the way that it needs to be done. Tyler has done an insanely great job with mine. As far as price goes, I don't think that this is going to be beat for the quality of service, and the care and attention to detail that's given. What really sealed the deal for me is that Tyler does beard shaping, and he doesn't butcher how my beard is supposed to look. I have never in my entire life let anyone around my beard with clippers or sheers, but today I let Tyler do it. It looks fantastic. What's also great about Tyler is that he is open to feedback, and he wants to give you what you want, even if that means taking more time. It has never rushed experience. If you're looking for a barber, then you need to check this place out, and just schedule an appointment to see what you're missing out on. Moscow has needed something like this for a long time, and I've never found this satisfaction in a cut ever. Tyler will have my business for as long as I'm around, and as long as he is cutting hair. Plus... He has a really cool apron.

Tyler is Amazing! I took my 11 year old son to him and he engaged with my son and worked with him to make sure his cut was appropriate for what I wanted, but still in line with my son’s style. I appreciated that he spoke directly to my son and made him feel like the customer, even though I was there. In addition, my son is half black and his growth patterns are extremely inconsistent, Tyler navigated it seamlessly and my son’s cut still looks impeccable (his cut was roughly a month ago) I Highly recommend Old Town Barber Co.!

Tyler, the owner and barber, is amazing at what he does. He has been cutting my hair for several months, and they are always on point. After moving to the area I struggled to find a barber that I was completely satisfied with, until I found Tyler, and cannot recommend him enough.

The new shop is in a great location in downtown Moscow. It is has been completely renovated and has a great modern look with rustic charm, and is a great addition to Moscow.

If you are looking for a great cut go see Tyler at Old Town Barber, I cant recommend this place enough!

Ty is efficient- easy to talk to- talented and cuts most of my families hair. He always does a great job at a more than fair price! Old town barber is also a great neighbor to have and we are happy to be next door!

Great shop, great barber. I really like to look of the place, and it's in a great location. I've been going to Tyler, the owner, since before he opened his own shop, and as someone who has had his fair share of bad haircuts I can honestly say I won't be going to anyone else for a haircut any time soon.

I saw Ty when he was in Barber School a few times. He always did a great job. Very professional and treated me well. His professionalism is amazing. Highly recommend if you need a haircut and some self care.
