Old Navy

Old navy is always good for comfortable clothing. The lady at the counter ("Bri" for Brianna) was super nice today.

As a bigger and taller woman, it is hard for me to find pants or bottoms that fit correctly and are long enough for me. I went to Ross, Marshall’s, Walmart, Target, etc and could never find anything. That’s when I decided to go to the Old Navy and THANK GOD I did. I found leggings, pants, AND SHORTS. Some in the clearance section, and other on sale. I also got some cute shirts. I bought 4-5 outfits for myself all under $130. We went back today to find some jeans for my fiancé and he got a ton of pants and shirts, too. Their deals and sales are amazing. The rewards are awesome. The selection is body-inclusive and for once, I did not feel ashamed or self conscious in a store. I’m so happy they carry bigger sizes. Thank you, Moscow Old Navy.

Very clean store lots of friendly staff that are always super helpful, always deals going on and huge clearance area. They have a decent amount of dressing rooms and quick cashers

My daughter was gifted with clothes from Old Navy. None of them fit. We went in to exchange them today. My daughter and I are both ASD, and photosensitive, and were both agitated being in a store we've never shopped in. Literally EVERY employee who was there today, was wonderful. They were patient and kind, knowledgeable, and kept offering to help us, with everything. They walked us to the areas we needed, and were gentle and supportive every step of the way. I was very impressed, and touched, and wanted to compliment them publicly. Good job.

Old Navy - five stars
When I was growing up in Moscow old Navy was the place to go for affordable clothing. While it's not my style anymore they still carry high quality clothing. They have really good prices for jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts, and pretty much any kind of clothing you want. The store was great if you outgrew something shortly after you bought the item. I've seen this store quiet and I've seen it rowdy, however it's mostly quiet all the time. The store as well lit, clean, and organized. The staff is super helpful with all of your questions. The checkout as a smooth process. Sometimes they have deals to look out for. Prices are pretty inexpensive across the board, I personally recommend buying Jean's and shirts from here. The store does have a dressing room and it's usually empty so you won't be waiting long. Sum it up this store is great for kids who are still growing. Five stars for excellent service and prices.

They were great today! Special shout out to Frank who helped me find a second pair of jeans for my daughter, and even used the nifty handheld device help me order them when her size was not in stock. I didn't catch the name of the nice blonde gal running the dressing room when I was there, but again, big thank you for letting my daughter walk around in said jeans So we can figure out if for sensory issues would kick up or not. She still loves them and I really appreciate you letting her walk around the store in them for a half hour lol.

My fiance absolutely loves the store! The styles are exactly her type, and with the limited selection of clothing that we have down where we live, Lewiston Idaho, it's nice to have a store with a decent selection of clothing somewhat nearby. Yes you're going to pay top dollar for the items here, but considering how few choices we have around here for clothing stores, it sure beats having to wait for it to come in the mail through Amazon. I want that instant gratification and I want it now!

I've always loved Old Navy, but I was really disappointed when I went there on saturday. The staff was great they always are, but the prices were so high even on the items that are on clearance it was like buying regular priced item instead of it being clearance. Left with on item & usually I leave with multiple items. 😕

I live in Spokane. I had bought something online on black friday that needed to be exchanged but it was sold out at my local store and online. I called this store and they had what I needed. Their manager Karrington was amazing at helping me exchange my online item with them honoring the same price. Very helpful and courteous. The item was mailed to me. Couldn't be happier specially since I know that during the holidays is crazy busy. Merry Christmas to me!

I love how unique and bright their clothes are. They have a lot of diversity when it comes to outfits, and they have really cute shoes and accessories to go with it! The staff is always friendly and gets you through the line quickly.

Old Navy credit card is the way to go my dudes. I've scored over 300 in free clothes just for paying my bills with it, at no extra cost. Also, very decently stylish clothes.

Great bouncy balls and strong hard floors to accommodate. Oh yes, they also have a fine selection of clothes although, the sweatshirt department is lacking.

OMG, I have been shopping for pants everywhere! I came here and found so many styles to choose from. It really is a replacement for the old time dept store racks...
