Great little place to get yummy smoothies, bowls, and drinks! The staff is really kind and friendly too. The location is at the heart of downtown East Stroudsburg and the interior ambiance is simple, neat, and clean! I went when it first opened, so the pictures attached to this review probably don’t give the best show of the interior, but other than that, a great location for delicious, healthy food!

Im from out of town so whenever I come and visit family I always look forward to stopping by here. The staff are always very kind and sweet and the smoothie bowls never disappoint! They also have pretty decent boba (coming from a big boba fan) would highly recommend this place to any smoothie enthusiasts!

Kaitlyn and Kelly were awesome! I had a big order and they made everything perfectly. The bowls tasted great! There was a Karen in the store while I was waiting, and they handled the situation extremely well while still providing great service.

The bowls are amazing! They are huge, the fruit is fresh and the combinations they have are soooo good. The pricing is good, not too high, it’s about $9 for a bowl and that’s totally understandable. The staff are so nice and they made our bowls super fast! I hope they stay around for a long time, and we will be back!!!

The white girls was nice the Spanish girl made me really uncomfortable. hire someone that will be nice to customers. Having an attitude isn't the way to treat people. My father died the other day so a nice hello and a smile would go a long way. Besides that it was really good.

some of these reviewers have to stop being so critical. this is an AMAZING place the bowls are so good and i come here often . definitely worth stopping by

Angelina was so wonderful and made me feel young again. She put her heart into that smoothie bowl and asked/gave me recommendations to make the most out of my bowl. If it were up to me, she’d get paid the wage of president Joe Biden.

Absolutely love this place. My frozen coconut bubble tea was fantastic.

I had the banana bowl and it was delicious. The bananas had a weird taste but I still see it lol. The young lady behind the counter was amazing. Will definitely go back as my kids are there at least 2xs a week 💜

I love this place, I go there all the time with my family and get smoothies. They taste so good and very fresh. The staff is excellent and makes me feel at home.

i’ve tried almost everything on the menu, and i loved everything! my favorites are the tropical smoothie and mango bowl. there’s no place like this in the area, so good!

Absolutely loved the Acai bowl. They have different bases that you can choose from and a variety of toppings as well.
