They took my order and gave me my exact order

My family has lactose sensitivities and cheese allergies. I was absolutely impressed with the amount of care the employees took when taking our order and preparing our food. The lovely girl who took our order read it back to us 3 times to make sure she entered it correctly. Then when we arrived at the window, another employee clarified one more time just to be sure they had our order correct. Not only was our order correct, I sincerely appreciate that they took our order seriously. We will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

Pretty much the standard Taco Bell experience. No complaints.

The food was great. The service from the young man who took our order was superb. He didn't have a nametag or I would mention his name here, but he knew the menu and recipes well and was very good at putting us at ease since our daughter couldn't make up her mind while a line formed behind us. I overheard him with other customers and he was very friendly and conversational. We were impressed with his work ethic overall as he stayed busy and cleaned during slow times. Most fast food employees seem to lack that kind of work ethic these days. His professionalism made our visit pleasant and wanting to come back.

Ordered a large amount of breakfast items for a group and they had it ready in 5 minutes! Love all of their food and the restaurant is clean and newly renovated. If you haven't tried breakfast there yet, I highly recommend the bacon breakfast crunchwrap!

The staff was very patient with me. I haven't been to a taco bell in 10 years so I had no idea if the menu changed or even what to order. The chicken quesadilla was 🔥.

excellent! They accommodated my request. Since they don't have beef mexi-melts they were able to turn a burrito into one! Then a guy probably from corporate came running out because I left my phone in there!

This is the best taco bell anywhere!!! I just ate a chalupa that blew my mind! Even my gal thought her food was awesome. Way to go guys!!! ☺😊😋

We live 2 minutes from the Taco Bell by Walmart in Grove City but we drive the extra few minutes to come to this restaurant instead! Better quality food and always accurate mobile orders!

The BEST Taco Bell location I’ve been too. The dining room was super clean, the staff was friendly and fast, and the food was great! This was at 10 PM on a Sunday night too! A+

London Taco-Bell is always 100% amazing in EVERY way. Customer service is excellent, service is fast, and friendly. AND my order is always right, as opposed to "Grove City" Taco-Bell, my order is either ALWAYS wrong, or missing something!!!

I get the same thing every time I go to Taco Bell, I was passing through on my way home and needed something to eat late at night this was probably the best taco meal I've ever had

Taco Bells are generally the same no matter where you go. This specific location has always been fast, friendly, and has never messed up my order (which is really the worst you can expect from a fast food restaurant).

Very nice people that work there the food was great they were only open when I got there for drive-through only and the camperwas too big so the manager was nice enough to let us in keep up the good work you guys we appreciate your kindness when our vehicle would not fit through your drive-thru

Great food great atmosphere do not recommend getting 2 beef burritos and then getting the dirty sanchez little messy If you know what I mean but would definitely do it again

Very patient staff, and the manager is kind and helpful. Employees try their hardest to make up for any mistake they might make.
