Dr. Brooks is amazing!! I have been taking my kids here for years and my granddaughter goes to her as well!

Dr. Brooks is the best doctor. She has treated all 4 of my kids. She takes time with us, answers all of our questions, have never belittled me and takes my concerns seriously. She also remembers all of the kids names and details about them.

My Son sees Dr. Brooks and she is the best Pediatrician this area has. She listens and genuinely cares about the health of her patients! She has saved my sons life when she first started treating at the beginning of the year. Even when she was out for the day and my son developed a rash her staff got ahold of her and she helped me. Im forever grateful!

I absolutely love Dr Brooks! She is wonderful! All the staff have always been super helpful and kind. I'm so glad to have her as my children's pediatrician!

Dr Gosnell truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to make sure she answers any questions or concerns they may have 🙂

Dr Brooks is an amazing doctor and the nurses are absolutely wonderful! I’ve called them about 3 times in the past week and they’ve been so helpful. However as a single mom of two small babies who is still trying really hard to get her life together there was no empathy shown when I arrived for my sons appointment 9 minutes late. I had started filling out the check in paperwork the night before and tried to prepare everything then. Of course on the way there I was afraid I wouldn’t be early enough and then took a wrong turn so definitely my fault there but please if you do go here make sure you’re on time because if you’re kid is really in dire of need of an appointment like my son was, unfortunately they will be refused. Even the front desk people were great at their jobs and keeping everything on schedule but empathy is an important quality in the medical field that was missing here.

My son was schedule for immunizations for high school 3 months ago. This was the soonest he could get in. Since he is 17, I happened to call the office while he was on his way from school to the appointment. Just to make sure they didn’t need to talk to me first. The girl said he hasn’t been seen since 2018 so he is considered a new patient. Which then means my husband or myself would need to be with him. We both work FT. Why was this not told to us 3 months ago when it was scheduled? The school nurse was being patient since this appointment was so far in advance. I had to cancel the appointment, turn my son around, and reach out to the school nurse and apologize. I tried to call the office in Sandy Lake where we typically try to go and there was no answer. I wanted to just give them a heads up. But looks like they are getting a review instead, I tried! Girls are super nice though when you are seen, so I’ll give a couple of stars.

Worst place ever. My daughter had appointment in the evening time. Well turns out we got slammed with snow. So me as a parent I left 2 hours earlier from my home . I get to the appointment about 10 minutes late. I go to check her in and they refuse to see her. There is ton of snow on the ground. They were very nasty. This place needs a check. They will refuse you care and will discriminate against you if you have Medicaid . The front staff is very nasty and rude. Thanks for wasting my time and say refusing my daughter care that she needed.

1/3/2021….this office is extremely rude, snarky and short with everyone! As I was on the phone I heard them being rude to someone in the waiting room. I avoid this place and try to see my kids doctor at the Sheakleyville office where they are much nicer. I realize it’s that time of year and they are swamped with sick kids and also due to Covid I’m sure, but there is no excuse. The schedule is so full that my child couldn’t be seen for sickness for over two weeks. They jam pack the schedule so they can get more money! Good job Primary Health! And this has been my experience with myself also at Primary Health, even before Covid. Primary Health is just a monopoly! So now I’m left to rely on urgent cares and ERs which are jammed packed due to Covid.
