I have been going to Primary Health Network my whole life. We started out with Dr. Shibli whom I feel took excellent care of us. We have seen numerous physicians over the years. Dr. Fullerton and Rebecca are extremely thorough, great listeners and very caring. Shawn and the other front staff ladies are very helpful getting messages thru and returning calls. Its great to have such a wonderful, supportive and strong medical team.

I honestly don't understand the few negative reviews here. I am new to the Mercer area and needed a new primary care doctor. As with most practices these days, I was assigned a nurse practitioner, Cassandra Frenk, who I was really happy with, but she moved to a different office and I could no longer see her. I was assigned to Rebecca Stefanus. I couldn't be happier. Rebecca is very thorough, patient, and concerned for my health. Any time I visit this office, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Yes, the wait time can be a little long, but that's pretty much any doctor's office. I am very happy that I found this practice and I have never had an issue getting a prescription refill or had to wait a long time to get an appointment. This is probably the best health care experience I've ever had. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had a great experience with Mercer Primary Care. I didn't get everyone's names but Rebecca & Amy took really good care of us and were very knowledgeable. The entire staff was awesome! Thank you!

Shawn and Molly are great getting messages to Dr. and getting back to you when you you call the office. When in the office all the staff are just wonderful and Dr. Shipton spends all the time that is needed to get the patient and family evey bit of help that is needed that visit. He really listens and cares. The wait time; there isn't one. I would and have suggested Primary Health to several friends and family. Great group of Dr's.

My mom has dementia and has been seeing Dr. Shipton since before she became ill. He has been there every step of the way. His staff is friendly and thoughtful as well. I’m happy to have this care.

I would never go anywhere else. Dr Shipton is the most caring person. He listens and wants to make you talked about everything you needed to. Yes it can be hard to get in but I just make my appointments then I leave . I have never sat for an hour to see him .

Dr. Fullerton is wonderful and I couldn’t ask for a more polite or nice fellow to be a physician, he’s really caring and kind I would 10/10 recommend him, he listens to you and goes the extra mile for you

Dr. Fullerton is what all caregivers ought to be. He is an outstanding physician. And one I would recommend to anyone.

Been going here for a long time. Doctors and nurses are very friendly and listen very well before making any medical decisions. Will continue services with them for a long time.

I’m so frustrated with this office. I’ve been trying to get a Cpap machine for over a year. I went through the entire process of getting sleep studies before Covid and they never ordered the machine. Then when I went back I had to go through the entire process again. I did the study over a month ago and followed up with them over four times and they just tell me it’s with Vantage. When I called Vantage they told me that the doctor never sent the results. I have to stop and sleep when I drive because I’m so exhausted. Worst Doctors office ever. Michael Turton.

I had to fax them 3 times because, somehow in 2023, they still don’t take emails. They ‘lost’ my fax which cost me money/time. In the end, they left me a voicemail to tell me the doctor (Fullerton) wouldn’t sign a pre-form letter of eligibility for a medication he prescribed me. This was after a painfully long doctors appointment with him. Rather than pretend to lose the letter, save me time and tell me that you won’t sign it to begin with. Or, better yet, just take two seconds of your day and sign it. You can’t prescribe something which says that you acknowledge the benefit for someone and then refuse to take two seconds to sign something for their insurance. Totally contradictory.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I’ve been seeing dr.shipton since I was 7 years old, so 15 years. Over the last 5 years, the staff there has become an absolute nightmare. He is a fantastic physician, if you could ever get an actual appointment with him. If you have something going on and need to be seen, just forget it. I haven’t been able to make an appointment in THREE YEARS. It’s easily a 2 month wait to see anyone in the office. I’m now a “new patient” and have to wait even longer to be seen because I can never make an appointment. If your looking for a pcp, please keep looking. Do not, I repeat, do not use this office. It is not worth the headache.

I wouldn't choose this office, it takes WEEKS to get them to refill a prescription. It takes on average 10 phone calls to finally get someone on the phone, and depending on who is working theyre snotty. If you have an ear infection or need something that isnt just a normal check up, its not happening. They always send you either to the er or urgent care.

NEVER AGAIN.

My husband brought my 21 month old son for shots. Every time he brings our kids, the wait is over an hour. For MORNING appointments.

This time was the final straw. The incompetence is so extreme, I am SO LIVID at what happened to my baby. Two nurses could NOT HOLD DOWN MY 21 MONTH OLD BABY and stabbed him MULTIPLE TIMES with needles in an "attempt" to give him shots. So instead of 3 shots, he got 6+ .

How hard is it to hold a leg and pinch a chubby leg to give a shot? I could have done this with more expertise and finesse than these "trained" professionals. This is incompetence and abuse of children. This should have never happened.

I will be seeking care for my children elsewhere.
