Our server was such a sweetheart and the food (pizza, mac and cheese, and chicken parm sandwich) was all delicious. If we lived locally, I would be a regular.

We didn't have food, just came for the beer. Brewer, Jean Luc (yes like Star Trek), gave us the low down because he was hanging out. The Morgan's Take Coffee stout is one of the best coffee stouts I've ever had. My previous favorite is from Hopping Gnome brewery in Wichita Kansas. Poconos coffee stout is a solid equal to that coffee stout. It is smooth, no bitterness, with a full flavor coffee forward profile. Seriously one of the best beers I've ever had!

All of the food was great. Service was good also. The chicken sandwich had a huge chicken breast in it and was so worth it. Both steaks were amazing! The firecracker shrimp appetizer was also really really good. The loaded potato skins were okay. Beer selection was good and I like the natural wood ambiance of the place

Enjoyed hard cider (not pictured), a Cuban sandwich, and a gigantic pile of sweet potato fries on the covered patio. Shout out to Jessica for excellent and friendly service!

Normally don’t go to a brewery for a nice meal but glad I did this time around. This place definitely have a nice variety of food selections on top of many beer options that they brew out there . The venue itself is huge and well maintained. Loved that they have an option for beer tasting (4 small bears at the price of one big one ). The food was just good - it doesn’t taste any special but the portions are huge and the price is pretty reasonable. Service was fairly quick and welcoming. Overall for the quality/price this place check out all the boxes

Great beer and the owner was very engaging in sharing his vision for beer and brewing. The barrel aged offerings were a fantastic standout along with the sours. Definitely plan on making return trips.

It was not what I expected from the review. We sat at the bar. Menu is bar centered but has a selection for everyone. We had pizza and wings. I like the pizza the flavor was good a bit too much cheese for me. However the wings were amazing!! Service was great. Definitely going back. Yes it is a great place for families!!

OMG the food is delicious, pizza was one of the best I ever had especially coming from NYC. I couldn't believe it was that good. We had the PBC Pizza. The burger was juicy and the calamari were fresh ... Finally we found a place to hang out looking forward to it.. The waitress Allison was amazing, we fell in love with her...

Food was amazing , Simone our server was fantastic, beer was great! Special of the day was fantastic, we had the skirt steak, was delicious, the gumbo was super tasty and the pizza with prosciutto and arugula was delightful and fresh. Everything was cooked to perfection. Boneless Wings were great, I highly recommend the strawberry chili wings, amazing flavor!! I'm glad I gave these place a second chance. Highly recommend the hibiscus beer fruity and refreshing and the rose wine from Renegade winery ( one of my favorites in PA). I was impressed today. 👏👏👏

Great spot in the Poconos. If you’re nearby stop in for a beer. Haley was behind the bar; quick with the beer and the jokes. She was great. The beer was very tasty. The pizza is gourmet so don’t order it expecting greasy pepperoni and cheese. Nice spot. I’ll be back.

Large and very beautiful brewing company and restaurant. Leaning toward Italian American fare with an awesome tiled wood fired pizza oven. We had a variety of dishes, all excellent. Very close to The Crossings. Best resturaunt in the area I think. Service was prompt and pleasant, nice variety of brews too! Pizza, salmon and burger that our party had was too notch. Will certainly be back!

Stopped for an early dinner at the PBC. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza with a glass of Wally Wilson IPA. Linda ordered the Burrata pizza with a glass of Muscato wine. Hannah and Emma ordered the fish and chips with a loaded potato side. Everything was delicious especially the two pizzas and the curly chips. The restaurant had a very large covered porch for large crowds and brewery products to purchase and enjoy at home. We definitely would visit again if in the area.

A fantastic dining experience for its offerings. Interesting, wood-laiden surroundings, a decent bar, and good beers along with pizza. If this is your kind of fare then give it a go. The owner was quite nice and gave a mini-tour, if you will, of the over and brewing area. The pesto pizza is amazing.

Had a really good dinner with the pizza being outstanding. What most impressed me was the service. Our server, Alex, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Next time I’m in town I’ll be stopping by!

Very great staff from the owner to the wait staff. This was the opening day tried many different items on the menu portobello mushroom with crabmeat, swordfish brick oven pizza, two types of ravioli something's could be charged up a bit but still very amazing. The beer was good and got a tour around an talk with the brew master. Thanks everyone for the great hospitality. Can't wait for comedy night, or the entertainment.

New, clean brewery with great food, beer, friendly service and great prices. We are staying at the Great Wolf Lodge which is less than 2 miles down the road and stopped in here for dinner with 2 kids after seeing the great reviews and we were glad that we did.

The craft beer was excellent (great pumpkin porter) and the wood fired pizza was fantastic, we even ordered a second one. We also had a great salad and an appetizer of Fettuccine Alfredo which was also excellent. The workers were very friendly and the restaurant is very clean and modern. We’ll definitely be back again.

The service was a bit slow to be honest but the food and drinks were on point. The shrimp salad was delightful, pizza delish and other sandwiches were all tasty.

PBC is our new favorite spot. We visited as a party of 8, 4 adults, 4 children. All of us got different entrees and drinks. We tried each others stuff, and wow. Not a single item was mediocre or subpar. It’s very rare to go to a restaurant and try multiple dishes at one time without a single one being less than fantastic. The house made chips are great, the pineapple margarita is incredible. Alex is a wonderful server, as well. She was super patient with all of us, especially our kids, and knowledgeable about the menu. We can’t wait to come back!

PBC has very friendly staff and great food. They brew 12 of their own beers. The pizza is amazing. As a visitor to the area I also found the crowd very friendly. So easy to land in a conversation if you're dining alone like I was.
