I recently attended the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Class. WOW! It was amazing! As a gun owner with my concealed carry license, I felt it my due diligence to make sure I was ready for that “privilege.” I was not at all disappointed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and eager to teach; which made us excited to learn! They led and instructed with passion and persistence and wanted nothing more than for us to be responsible and confident when handling firearms. I, (along with my fellow classmates,) walked into class with nothing but apprehension about our ability ” to safely handle, store, carry and clean our guns with confidence and ease. I walked out of class proud to say that I am now a more knowledgeable and responsible carrier. Thank you Mike, Kevin and Rich! The class flew by and I would have enjoyed another 5 hours! I look forward to attending future classes and frequenting the shop as well. This class should be mandatory for all new or inexperienced carriers. Lifelong learning at its finest! - - - > HIGHLY Recommended!!!

Have been collecting and shooting my entire life . Retired law enforcement . So I have more years behind me than ahead, that being said after making several purchases her this is my go to for my shooting sports needs from targets cleaning supplies and any other associated equipment needed they have it or will try to get it. If they can't get something they let you know. Staff is very knowledgeable and prices are more than fair. Read some reviews that are really not fair I give them 5 stars and will be back for sure .

Bought several parts to finish my AR build, they stock a lot of parts, prices were very competitive to online & can order what ever you need. Mike was very nice, knowledgeable & helpful. I will definitely buy more parts & accessories from them in the future.

I recently visited Great Wolf lodge and thought I'd swing through and see what the shop had. While I really wasn't there to purchase on this occasion I will certainly return. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great conversation and advice on future purchases I'm looking to make. Grade A.

I used to go to a different, closer place for my needs and orders with disappointing results. I decided to walk in there once after passing it by for years and now I won’t go anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience there, Mike has been phenomenal. This store proves the old saying to use the smaller, private shops as opposed to the larger chain stores. If they don’t have what I need in stock they will get it within a day or 2 for you. Stop in there, you won’t be disappointed.

Hands down best customer service of any gun shop. The store didn’t have exactly what I wanted on hand and as I was walking towards the door the owner took me aside, striked a great conversation, found and ordered exactly what I was looking for at a really great price. To anyone looking to order a firearm online and have it shipped to an FFL, DON’T! Walk into this shop and most likely they either have it or if they don’t it can be ordered and at a better price.

Very nice people. Very nice shop.good selection. Good prices. I like old guns with wood and if you keep an eye on the used rack they come up with some real nice stuff.

I recently had night sights installed on my CZ 75 Compact, the gunsmith did an excellent job and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely do business with Pocono Mountain Firearms again.

Their NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting class was great and I learned a lot as a first time shooter. The instructor, Michael, was unbelievably helpful and was great at explaining everything we needed to know. The course was thorough and gave us quite a bit of range time, all at a great price. Highly recommended for anyone looking to learn how to safely use and take care of a firearm.

Mike is very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to help me through my AR build and his prices are reasonable as well.

Great time with Michael. Learnt how to build a custom AR. Learnt a ton about the history and evolution of guns. If you want to know more about guns and have firearms needs then this is where you need to be.
