Keokee Chapel United Methodist Church

What I love about Keokee Chapel is the warmth of its congregation. A visit there is always wonderful and uplifting. Pastor Cathie Morgan, also a college professor, is passionate and instructive when delivering her Sunday sermons.
If your searching for a small, low key church where you might come to simply pray or meditate and also be amongst friends, check out historic Keokee Chapel! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful little church with an old cemetery. There is a park next to it with a jungle gym and some picnic tables. It's located on a quiet tree lined street.

Beautiful little Church. The area around it is perfect with Rhododendron sorrounding a Stream. Just the place to go to get yourself together. Kind folks here have been for many Generations, but welcome new people without the Judgemental attitude unfortunately found at many Churches.

Love this little idyllic chapel of the United Methodist Church for its roadside appeal of sensational shots in all of the seasons. And, perhaps the church closest to a wild trout stream in the Poconos. Get your flies on the water before and after church. Just not during as the whole congregation will see your faux pas.

You will feel you are home when you go there. A good place to be on Sunday at 9:30am.
