We started working with Beau Murray ten years ago and have had a wonderful experience. Beau is professional, personable, prompt and very attentive to all of our questions and needs. We are currently utilizing his Insurance services for Home, Auto, Life and our Business. We highly recommend Beau!

When I was dealing with my car accident and could not get a hold of anyone in the total loss department Beau took time out of his day to wait on hold until somebody picked up the phone and conferenced me into it. That was a huge weight off my shoulders and I really appreciated that. Whenever my premiums go up he is good at explaining to me why they went up when I ask. I do wish that I would get notified whenever premiums went up instead of just seeing it on my next bill though. Overall Beau is a very helpful/kind agent

We have been very happy with our State Farm Insurance experience. Beau and Maggie are friendly and helpful. We are treated like people and not policy numbers. I prefer personal service and that is what I get at State Farm Insurance. I recently needed a windshield replaced due to a rock chip resulting in a cracked windshield. Maggie made the calls to see what company could come to my rural residence. I received a call from the company and they were there the next day. I've been with State Farm for years and changed to Beau's office when I moved to Idaho in 2015. I couldn't ask for a better agent, his service is absolutely excellent. He is responsive, prompt at returning any correspondence, gives you all the information needed to make decisions on needed coverage without trying to sell you something you don't need. Beau's office has been there for all my needs. I have coverage on all vehicles, property and home. State Farm has great motorcycle coverage at a great price. Forget Progressive or Geico, I trust State Farm when it comes to paying any claims.

Extraordinary service and insight. Beau really knows his stuff and has always taken care of me and my family. Not only is he always quick to respond and willing to help, but he does so with a smile and gets us the best rate possible in every situation!

My husband and I had just moved to the area and were getting a rental property that needed rental insurance. I was collecting different quotes from different agencies and came across Beau from State Farm and it all clicked. Not only was his rate the lowest, he helped answer all of our questions, and even helped us get a great jewelry policy to cover our new wedding rings (that the rental insurance wouldn't have covered).

Beau was very personable and professional and yet talking to him on the phone was like talking to a longtime friend. We hired Beau when we moved states and he had great reviews. I had an issue with my credit union that messed up our van refinance charging us for supplemental insurance when we had coverage already. We asked the bank to fix it like 10 times over a year. Beau stepped in and was all over it making sure they found the problem and proactively followed up until it was resolved. Nobody else did this and it wasn't even his issue. Super impressed. Sometimes people have good reviews then you hire them and it isn't a good experience, not the case here. Beau had great reviews and actually exceeded my expectations. I love when you find amazing people. Highly recommend!

I have worked with both Maggie and Beau and they are awesome! They helped tailor our needs with the right level of coverage all while saving us money. Maggie even wrote me a note when my son was born to congratulate us. Talk about personal touch! I guess all the commercials are true.

We have been Beau Murray's clients for several years. He and his staff are available and always helpful and informative. We have had home and renter's insurance as well as RV, automobile and plan to get coverage on our UTV. I'm told they will be offering pet insurance soon. I find the price very reasonable. They also do refinancing and life insurance. I appreciate speaking to a live person and not having to press buttons to chat with my agent.

Not only is he a guru with insurance but to my surprise he is a magician in finance as well. His partnership with rocket mortgage is incredible. Beau is so easy to work with. He doesn't push anything that wouldn't be beneficial, and is always looking for the most discounts. He responds to e-mails promptly, if you prefer e-mailing over calling (which I do). When he is out of the office, he sets up an auto-reply with contact information for another associate who is equally as prompt and easy to work with. The people I have corresponded with inside his office are just as courteous and helpful as he is. Beau and his staff are awesome people to work with.

Beau was super helpful, prompt, and personal in notifying us of choices & changes in transferring our policy for both auto and homeowner’s insurances here in Nampa from out of state. Everyone needs Beau Murray from State Farm as their insurance agent. He is top notch in customer service and expertise. Despite the (probably) hundreds of clients, and the fact that I almost never have to contact him, he still always remembers specifics about me, my family, and my situation. I never have to re-explain anything I tell him. He knows exactly what products State Farm offers and how best they can apply to me. Beau is very clear with all explanations and ensures understanding of anything he covers with you. And most importantly, when it comes to insurance, you need a great claims experience. State Farm brings you that (I've had to go through 3 claims with them), and Beau Murray makes sure you have the right coverage so you can be sure you're taken care of in the event of a loss.
