Stacked Deli

The subs are amazing tons of meat sliced fresh in front of you. The owners are super cool to talk with. I am willing to drive 2hrs again to get a great sub!!! Do yourself a favor and go. You will not be disappointed!

Came out to stacked deli today and I gotta say I was impressed. The food was delicious and made to please. Definitely will be back and coming back with friends. Its a family owned business and the owners were amazing and made the food fresh from the meats all the way to the lettuce.

I have been here a few times…and they do not disappoint! The owners are amazingly personable and engage with each customer that walks through the door. The sandwiches are absolutely incredible…fresh deli meat sliced to order on rolls shipped in daily from NY City. My personal favorite is the Cappo…definitely going to be a regular stop for me!

We were up in Poconos for a weekend away. A couple worker had recommended us to check out this place.

Made to order sandwiches are so fresh. Customer service an A+! Reasonable prices. I would take out food from here again. Had a turkey wrap, turkey sub, and the best grilled cheese.

Best deli in the Poconos , coming from Brooklyn I didn’t expect to find a NY style deli up here , and now I go to Stacked all the time , the food is amazing , the owners treat you like family and they aren’t lying when they talk about the size , their hero’s are STACKED , definitely would recommend to everyone!!!

Stacked is an understatement. From slicer right to hero. Great service. Great food. Highly recommended! 100% a must try.

Damn good and "stacked" sandwiches here!! My pastrami and cheese was loaded on a fresh roll with fresh veggies and even lasted for three meals! Glad to find a good h@#gie (they call them hero's) shop up in the Poconos! So much better than the Wawa down the road!!

Got the dogwood and Turkey , both STACKED both DELICIOUS. Will definitely be returning !

Had the pleasure of stopping in last weekend for the first time. I’ve gone to WAWA for years but Stacked puts that at a distant second. Great couple own and run this deli. Stopping by again today for another over the top hoagie.

I love WAWA and I think they are the best at what they do but if you want the best sandwich or hoagie in the area, drive a mile or so to Stacked.
Fresh rolls and meats, cheeses and garnishes cut to order. This family run local business makes everything custom.
Be forewarned that you should order in advance of lunch time (the previous day for large orders) or you may need to wait a bit for your sandwich to be made. (probably not much longer than WAWA at their busiest times.) It will be worth the wait and the slight premium in price.

So this review is a couple of weeks late... intended to post the day I stopped in...

So when I am visiting my site in the Pocono region, which has been happening a lot these past couple of months, I always see a sign for Stacked Deli. I always think to my self, Hey, I should check that out! But, in a world where there are rarely enough hours in a day, and my ability to sneak out to get lunch is few and far between, I hadn't done it (in full confession, there is a Convenience Store with geese that is closer, and that is a quick and known commodity).

Well, my schedule was such that one day I was going in late and the deli was open....so, I went in, took a look at the menu and decided to jump on a sandwich as it looked so good on paper.

Well, I talked with the owners as they prepared my sandwich, and it was evident that this business is their passion. We had a wonderful conversation and I was so happy to be giving my business to a small Mom and Pop shop.

The difference between this sandwich and a sandwich from a convenience store are night and day! Don't get me wrong... the hoagies from the land of hoagie-fest are pretty darn good. But this hoagie was through the roof!

The meat was sliced fresh as I ordered, and it was sliced super thin. The roll was cut to order and it was very fresh. The meat was piled really, really high! The veggies were fresh and cut perfectly. This was a sandwich made for a King and put others to shame. Their price was similar to the other places, but the quality was a different league!

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a sandwich of a different caliper, and something better than the status quo. For the price of a value meal at a drive through place, you can get a huge, STACKED sandwich.
