I broke down several miles outside of Malad City on the freeway. Marv was quick and knowledgeable, got us to safety and did a great job fixing my car. I worry about being taken advantage of in a strange town. These guys are fabulous, Fair prices, I highly recommend Albert's Service

Our Toyota sienna engine started misfiring on our way down to salt lake from Montana. We coasted into Malad and even tho he was slammed with work, Marv jumped right on diagnosing the issue and ordering parts. He got our van fixed much faster than I expected, and for a fair price! Thanks for saving Christmas Marv! Highly recommend!

I broke down on the highway after all the shops were closed. He picked up after hours and talked to me about my issue and gave advice on how to proceed even though he didn't get any money from it. Super nice guy!

What an incredibly giving and caring gentleman! Marv dropped what he was doing to offer assistance when we pulled off Interstate 15 in Malad City with an over-heating BMW. Where he was unable to help repair the car, he did help diagnose the problem, put the BMW on his flatbed tow truck (after finishing two jobs he was working on), and hauled us all the way to Idaho Falls to the BMW dealership there. He was patient, kind and truly represents the good in humanity! Well worth the price of his services.

Marv was amazing! We were traveling from Canada and our jeep was experiencing troubles. We called AMA ( Triple A in US) and he went above and beyond to help us out. Came to the rescue when my battery plugs came off lose, escorted me to his shop in Malad City, Idaho and fixed the plugs and got it ready for my journey to Jackson-Hole. After trying to figure out where I had seen him before, I remembered him as the same person who fixed my flat tire two year ago around the same place.

Our insurance co. contacted Albert's as we had an incident with a chunk of lumber in the middle of the interstate @ 9pm. Marv showed up and was fricken awsome! He had our car loaded and ready to go quickly. Great conversation and company as he towed us to Ron Kelly Tire in Malad. Would highly recommend Alberts. Thanks Marv for helping is get back on our trip to Vegas!

Towed from the interstate near Malad City, excellent service. Albert's was super busy so they recommended a great shop and made all the arrangements and delivered the vehicle. Great experience here. Honest people that you can trust. They charge fair prices, no complaints.

Towed my son into Malad and helped fix his truck to got him get back on the road toward home. Very friendly and compassionate. Couldn't be more thankful! Highly recommended!

If I could give these guys a million stars I would. We were on a family vacation, two kids and a baby, towing a 5th wheel and broke down up the road. No one would tow us and our rig to Pocatello so we called Albert's. They were fast to get to us, got my truck running enough to get to Malad. Got us to the park where the park manager plugged our fifth wheel in to power and water. The guys ran to Salt Lake, got parts in the middle of the night and had us fixed and back on the road in less than 24 hours. The bill was extremely fair and the truck has run like a top ever since.

BUT, the best part was to know that their are still genuine, nice, honest people in this world. Albert's could have taken advantage of the situation and I would have probably begrudgingly paid it but they didn't. They chose to be the reason my family and I will think fondly about the time the truck broke down and Albert's saved the Vacation. Thank you again boys, I hope to pay it forward one day the same way you did for me.

One of the best experiences I have ever had with a mechanic. Marvin is a top rate professional and a super kind person. I recommend him and his services highly. He was very helpful to me and my family when we needed it.

A life saver! My driver made good time and also knew of a place in Malad to replace a tire at 10:00 pm. This was a huge life saver, as I had an appointment in SLC the next morning. He then took me to the shop for no extra charge. Knows the area and was happy to help. HIGHLY recommend.

Super helpful and friendly to two travelers just passing through. Thought we had an issue but he informed us all was ok and eased our minds for the remainder of our trip. Super nice and stopped what he was doing to give our car a quick look see.

My roadside assistance service called Alberts Services. Marvin showed up quickly and was able to help diagnose the problem. He recommended a great mechanic in Logan, Utah where I had a friend who could pick me up.

Great shop! Marvin has helped us twice now, he is a very nice, honest man and a great mechanic!

Travel 40 miles from Maiad to change my tire, I am disabled and cannot dothis anymore on my own.
