I have had my M1 MacBook Pro repaired for liquid damage. They were very professional and friendly. The technician updated me regularly about the recommendations and estimate. Mine got a top case replaced. It was done in a relatively timely manner (~2weeks) given there was a 4 day holiday weekend in between.
I chose VGH computer service because they were an apple authorized repair store and they were the closest one to my location. Honestly, I had some concerns because most google reviews on apple product repair were negative. My experience with them was good. I do not have any negative opinions so far.

It was a quick fix, in and out. No schedule required, walk in and get your phone back fast.

Jerry's Auto Repair purchased our new server from VGH. After re-installing our software we found that the new server is running 5X times (or more) faster than our previous server. It's a monster! :>)

I've been doing business with VGH for over 20 years. Everything from parts to repairs to just having them check out a component for me, and NEVER have I been treated rudely or with any disrespect.

I have found the staff there to be friendly, outgoing and always helpful, especially Trevor. If you have a problem with your computer, laptop, or apple device, I'd take it these guys without a second thought.

If you really have a concern about the condition of your device before and after servicing, hint, take a few pictures of it *at their counter* before dropping it off.

Bought a used pc a long while back and it has worked like a charm. Cable management isn't my strong suit so it was great to see it was assembled perfectly without any additional surcharges. The employees are great at what they do both behind-doors and at the storefront. Wish I could leave a better review.

My daughter brought in her iPad with a broken screen. They were excellent to work with, honest, and fast. They did not take advantage of a young college student who is figuring out things in the world. My daughter says her iPad screen works better than before! I would highly recommend.

I've been shopping here for 25+ years. Great guys and consistent service. They have repair PS2s, Computer gear and I've bought games, systems and more over the years.

Now as a business owner, it really helps to have a store that just has what you need without having to wait for online ordering to come through. Had an urgent repair that needed to be done and they had all the parts I needed.

Always helpful, and have the right random cords I need.

Been here several times for Apple warranty claims and accessories. Once for a laptop and once for AirPods, both times they were taken care of perfectly. The guys are friendly and laid back.

Had what I needed. Got a free plant. It's thriving! I need to return the org. Container still. Decent PC parts. Not a ton of high end gaming, more PC generic. But worth a stop in!

Love these guys. They hit the spot for local pc supply & repair and always have that random part the breaks or that game I can’t live without. Their apple side is pretty awesome as well, always some deals to be had. Pricing is good, comparable to online with a slight markup on some items, but they have it locally today and I’m happy to pay slightly more when I need/ want things now. Really great place to shop!

The best tech dept in the area, bar none from computer building to trouble shooting and tuning. For those complaining about prices, just buy your mb, gpu, and cpu on the internet like most people do. If you want expert assembly, bring your stuff with you to VGH- and their prices are good enough for the quality odds n ends that are necessary to complete a build, or make an emergency repair.

I bought a new MacBook Pro from them and they made the transition from my old MBP to the new one carefree. The transfer was made on the same day and they held onto my old computer til I could be sure that everything worked on the new one. This experience was better than if I went to an Apple Store directly OR bought from Apple online. AND it's local. Can't beat it. Tom in service did a GREAT job and the other staff made it very easy to conduct the purchase too.

I brought in a computer that wouldn't even boot up to be repaired. The person who assisted me amiably answered questions regarding the likely cost of the repair, the likelihood of various causes for the problem given my description of how and when the problem arose, and the anticipated length of time before I could expect to receive a progress report on the repair.
The problem (failing hard drive) was identified within a day, and I received a call explaining the situation and a series of options of various costs (replace with one of two brand new hard drive models, or a less expensive used hard drive that they had checked out for any malware or malfunctions; and then copy my data onto that hard drive) I might choose before they went any farther with the repair. I had many questions for the employee to make the best decision for me, and our phone call lasted at least 15 minutes, but I never felt rushed to make a decision or condescended to over simple questions.
I picked up my computer two days later, and it is working better than before I brought it in, with all my documents and programs intact, and at a price I could afford. Thank you VGH!

Professional, Friendly, and Knowledgeable. That's how I'd describe the guys at VGH. They won't make fun of any mistakes you've made, they'll only do their best to get your stuff fixed. I brought my PC because of power issues and they discovered that I was my GPU pulling way too much power. Installed a new power supply and helped me troubleshoot any further issues I was having. Definitely going back to them in the future if I ever have any problems I can't fix.

My primary work laptop (a MacBook Pro that aged out of Apple's repair coverage) failed suddenly and I was going to lose two weeks of work since my last major backup, not to mention productivity loss working from a backup laptop.
I arranged to have my assistant take it to them, and they were fast and efficient in getting the repair turned around. Turns out the issue was my hard drive failing. They recovered my data, installed the new drive and latest Mac OS, and then I was SHOCKED when I saw the bill. It was less than half of what I was anticipating this would have cost. I cannot say enough good things about Tom (the Mac tech who handled my repair) and their overall service and performance.

Just love the store. Great customer service, the employees are always willing to give recommendations, and if I feel lost about a console/platform's specifications I know that I can get reliable information. The other day I observed a couple trying to buy a Nintendo DS for their son and they were confused about which to get along with what games to buy with it. The employee helping them took the time to help them with every issue that they were facing until they got exactly what they wanted. That's what I call good service.

Matt is an excellent employee at VGH. I went in just before closing and was very happy to have been taken care of completely before they closed. Only $10 to transfer data on my IPhone for my Daughter. The whole experience was perfectly seamless thanks to a great employee. Thank you Apple/VGH for hiring employees such as Matt. 🤙🏼
