Avoid, if possible. Our closing date was late (we have heard this is normal for this company), they didn't contact us regarding closing until prodded repeatedly by our realtor, day of closing we couldn't be there but we had everything signed that was given to us by this title company. Day of closing we received an urgent email that a form needed signed and returned before close of business. This was something they forgot and tried to put on our realtor. When we hadn't received our closing documents either by mail or email, I contacted Tom and was told a copy was given to our realtor to give to us. This is to come directly from the title company with a copy going to our realtor for their records. We are 4 hours away and not only should we have had prior knowledge of what was in the closing costs from this title company (we did not), we should have promptly been emailed and mailed copies. This title company is so unprofessional and disorganized, I can't understand how they've stayed in business. Tom has a way of putting blame elsewhere and refuses to take responsibility for his mistakes and actions.
