Meineke Car Care Center

Had a wonderful experience at Meinike in Moscow. They worked me in for a full time up even though they were struggling with staff shortages. They communicated everything they were doing to my Jeep in a timely manner, and were friendly and fair the whole time. Very impressed and will be back.

I was quite happy with the exhaust work Meineke did. They were willing to examine what portion of my existing was still good, and only add the part i needed.
This fits with my own decision-making, of how much $$ to put into an older car.

The Moscow Meineke has incredible customer service and is very thorough with inspection and takes great care in your vehicles. I highly recommend them you won't regret it!!

Meineke has been a wonderful find since we moved here a couple years ago. They treat us like family, their work is exceptional and they have been cost effective. We recently were able to take advantage of the point rewards system and got a huge discount on our last oil change. They are kind and professional, we will continue to use them for all services available.

This Meineke has bent over backwards for my husband and I for all of our car concerns! They have done a great job with their customer service! From oil changes, to alignment, to brakes, to new to me tires-they are fantastic!!

Went in for thermostat replacement as gasket started to fail, and coolant flush 4 days ago 12/21/23. Now, 12/24/23 having a much worse of leak issue close to over heating and coolant overflow reservoir was never emptied or flushed. Having to wait for them to have a opening even though I already paid em for a completed job that wasn't completed. Dropped it off Christmas eve as I can't drive it if it's overheating, hoping thay can get to it sooner rather than later. Will update with positive or negative outcome but as it sits, I'd strongly suggest finding a more compitant shop that can do the job correctly the first time. Had to walk home in 20° weather on christmas eve. Not pleased.

Update: they were able to locate the issue and resolve it. Defective parts are never fun nor is it preventable in most cases. They took care of me and the issue is gone. Felt like a family member of theirs and was taken care of much sooner that anticipated. Very happy with how they resolved the issue and the consideration they showed me. Bad things happen and are sometimes out of the hands that are dealing with issues. Very pleased with Matt and team.

Have since taken my truck in on several occasions and no disappointments. Over and beyond in some cases. I appreciate this location tremendously. I wish they'd be up for sponsorship to generate more clients. I work at a tool shop and many times a day, I get asked which local shop I would suggest for auto repairs. 50/50 on labor and parts would be awesome for sponsorship. Gonna be looking into mds delete and cam upgrades for performance and would be awesome for it to not cost $2k+ for the labor and would generate a great deal of attention at a tool shop.

I have been taking my vehicles to this Meineke since 2016. The owners are always helpful and honest, and seem to truly care about their customers. Earlier this week I took my car in for an oil change and afterward I noticed a weird noise. It was 5:50, but the owner said to come back and they’d take a look. Ended up being some mud/debris knocked loose into the brake when they rotated my tires, but the owner was glad that’s all it was and happy to do the check to make sure I was safe (“better safe than sorry”). Definitely recommend them over the other oil change joints in town!!

They were very thorough on explaining what services they had done when taking out truck in for an oil change and took the time to see what needed to be done to fix our front seat just because we had mentioned it was broken. They did not push us into any instant decision on them being the ones to fix it just told us a estimate they would charge.

Oh my gosh! They were so wonderful! Very nice customer service! Very affordable compared to the other business's providing Mount and Balance. They inspected my car for safety too. It passed with flying colors.
The bathroom was clean too!!!!

I recently had an accident and had my vehicle repaired here. They were willing to work with me even though my insurance was being difficult. Great people and my vehicle drives better than it did and even better then before the accident.

Your team got everything done On the same day I brought my Tundra in ! I would like to especially thank Dustin and Jacob they helped make everything go smoother!

Needed a season changeover from all weather tires to snow tires for a new set and new car. The staff found a same-day opening, were friendly and helpful, and did the work quickly and well. Bravo to Moscow Meineke!

Prompt, polite, thorough, affordable, did what was asked (basic service visit and inspections) and didn't capitalize on my concern of a single incidence of brake pulsing but gave a recommendation and assurance that it is safe.

Check my car back in to hear what the tripping noise is and it's making we couldn't seem to find it everything was inspected for free to make sure my car was safe after they fixed it and they showed me all the new parts that they did Dustin and Jacob both are extremely nice and professional and very willing to help I would recommend them 100% because if they make a mistake they're willing to check it out and correct it if needed thanks again guys

Every time I bring my vehicles to this Meineke, I always get the best service. They know what they are doing when it comes to fixing any of my vehicle issues. There is not one time that I have felt like they are trying to sell me things that I don't need. I've been coming to this Meineke for years and I will continue to do so!

Competitive pricing. Great service. Fast work. When other places in town can't get you in for over a month, Meineke can get you in within a week. Very happy.

Prompt care, good price. My first time at Meineke, they seem dedicated to good service and good relationship with customers, I'll def be back.

The staff is always so nice and friendly and they always do an excellent job no matter what service I have them do on my Rav4. It was an oil change this time. They did amazing and the service is always done quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate Meineke. We are very lucky to have them here in Moscow! Thank you all!
